00:29Shamsul Anwar Nasara said in response to Ram Karpal Singh's question on whether the government
00:35plan to introduce a law requiring all police stations to accept reports regardless of

00:42Shamsul said his ministry had no immediate plans to introduce a new law as existing government

00:51He said a directive was issued to all police stations and headquarters through a circular
00:55dated December 29, 2025, instructing that the policy be clearly communicated to all operational
