00:00in 2022 snapped profiled the prosecution of gloria aiken after the search for her partner george
00:11fraser ended in the grisly discovery of his remains he had been shot in the head twice with
00:18a 22 caliber weapon there was quite a bit of decomposition the arms had been removed
00:24and the body had been cut just below the chest when i found out that she was arrested for the
00:32murder it was just mind-boggling because my hunch was was true she did actually do it
00:38currently serving a 12-year sentence in the texas department of corrections gloria aiken is speaking
00:45out for the first time this is the first time i'm telling my story i am not responsible for what
00:53happened to george i'm sitting in prison because law enforcement couldn't find anyone else
00:59innocent people do not take plea deals she was able to cash in on the life insurance policy
01:06she got all the money she wanted and only had to serve 12 years i would never do anything to hurt
01:12that man and if anything i would protect him like i thought i've been doing but evidently i wasn't
01:19doing it well enough and i apologize there's so many unanswered questions but the only person that
01:26knows the truth is gloria
01:45my name is gloria priscilla aiken this is the first time i'm telling my story
01:51i decide to do this interview because the audience need to hear my side of the story
02:00i'm sitting in prison because you know law enforcement couldn't find anyone else
02:07they couldn't resolve the problem because they had no clue as they claim next year 2026
02:14i max out so i just want to uh close that chapter in my life but i'm gonna always love
02:27my husband he's my best friend and i will never forget about him
02:34i believe that gloria is innocent because i don't think she is the type of person that would do
02:40something like that the relationship she had with george was really special and that she loves him
02:47and he loved her a lot i don't think she killed george gloria's definitely type person just to deny
02:56stuff but i have no doubt in my mind what happened to george
02:59george february 18 2008 ennis texas 41 year old gloria aiken calls 911 to report the disappearance of
03:14her partner of nearly 20 years george frazier the last time she had seen him was the night before
03:21which was february 17th of 2008 and then she just didn't see him again and had a bad feeling
03:34dispatch sends an officer to george and gloria's home to file an official report
03:41february 18 2008 i was dispatched to a call regarding a missing person an adult i responded to the call and
03:51met with the lady on the door which is gloria aiken and she began to tell me that her husband had been
03:58missing for about 24 hours me and him and our daughter was having dinner and he got a phone call
04:08and he had to leave he just left and said he'd be right back he took a little took a bag with him
04:14and and that was it she had said that george had received a phone call that she didn't know who it
04:23was from and some people came and picked him up and he left and she never saw him again i tried to call
04:32him straight to voicemail according to gloria george doesn't stay away from home because he would
04:40never leave his daughter gloria called me and she asked me if i heard from george and i told her no
04:52and she told me that george hadn't been home
04:54been home she sounded a little worried and i was like i'm sure he'll be home like he doesn't
05:01normally go missing but i'm sure he'll be back he wasn't on drugs you know he didn't cheat on me
05:08so i wasn't sure what was going on because my husband never stayed away that long he was just a good man
05:21george frazier was born in brooklyn new york in 1965. joyous and charismatic george was always known
05:29as the family comedian he was the big guy but he was more like a humble type person like hello how you
05:37doing never seen him mad never seen him angry
05:43despite george's sunny outlook brooklyn in the 1960s wasn't an easy place to grow up
05:51george kind of leaned into that street life you know he got tied up with a rough crowd and started
05:58doing a lot of street business and he made it he made a career out of it did real well
06:02george's life was forever changed when he laid eyes on gloria aiken i grew up in new york city
06:13brooklyn all boroughs family life we got along me and my siblings and family really enjoyed singing
06:22and doing hair and writing i had fun i enjoyed my life
06:30at the age of 19 gloria had her first child a little girl named erica
06:37i loved becoming a mother motherhood was just it was awesome for me it was different it was new
06:44i had help from my family and um i really enjoyed it unfortunately the relationship with erica's
06:53father didn't last so gloria dedicated her time to creating a good life for her daughter
07:00she was a busy mom but she was a good mom gloria definitely has a new york state of mind
07:06she is driven her mentality is a hustle uh forward moving thinking just do the next thing to get
07:17better opportunities for herself she had big dreams for herself when she was younger and i like that about
07:23her gloria's zest for life eventually garnered the attention of george frazier we was both introduced
07:34to each other and what drew me to him and him to me was we instantly clicked it was kind of like magic you
07:43know we party together we travel together we work together we celebrate holidays together we spend time
07:52with family together we enjoyed each other family together in the early 90s the couple started dating
08:01and george took on gloria's daughter as his own before they found out they were pregnant with another
08:08girl we have a daughter together and we've been raising both children together george was a good dad
08:20he would take care of me you know he would make sure nothing happened to me and his children
08:26after 15 years together gloria and george decided to leave brooklyn for texas
08:38we decided to move to texas because we had some elderly family members that needed help
08:43so we thought coming out here you know we could help them out for a little while and then go back
08:48him and gloria came to ennis because she got the job at the prison and george was just working temp jobs
08:57i was a correctional officer i got along with my peers my co-workers i achieved a couple of degrees
09:04one was in law enforcement and i decided to change my craft to nursing i was very happy i took care of my
09:12my family working reputable jobs furthering my college education doing volunteer work on holidays
09:19with the salvation army and spending time with my family they love texas it was a bigger space more
09:28relaxed i came to texas to visit them in 2008 they seemed like their regular selves gloria works more and
09:40and george was home uh more it seemed but it seemed like they still had the same flow going on as they
09:51always had i met some really nice people out here and i believe he did too we were happy in texas
10:00but when george is reported missing on february 18th gloria tells police she is alarmed that her
10:11always reliable partner has vanished without a trace i was worried about him because he he don't stay
10:19out like that he don't not come home the same day despite the fact that gloria had called 9-1-1
10:28police find their exchange with her odd i remember it was cold outside it was in february you know i
10:34asked if we could maybe step inside where she might feel better and she refused to let me come inside
10:40even step inside the doorway which that's her right i felt okay something's uh is what's what is she trying
10:46to keep me from seeing in the house what is she not wanting me to see i felt there was more going on
10:54than what she said coming up detectives begin to doubt gloria's story one thing that stood out was
11:04that she spoke about george in the past tense as if he was no longer here why did you pack up george's
11:11belongings no i didn't pack up none of his belongings
11:26in february 2008 authorities in ennis texas are investigating the disappearance of 42 year old george
11:34frazier after his partner of nearly two decades gloria aiken reports him missing i just was taking
11:42a report and turned it over to detectives the detective assigned in this case was detective rinda clark
11:50on february 25th detective clark travels to george and gloria's home to speak with his family
11:58his wallet was still left there at the house if you're gonna go missing on purpose you know you're
12:04gonna take your wallet and things that you need whether it's credit cards your id uh things that
12:09you need to live she says that there's been no activity on his credit cards we asked her for the
12:16phone information try to use the phone to track him but gloria said his phone wasn't working george's
12:24phone had been turned off shortly after his disappearance well if you want to find somebody
12:29you got to have their phone on he didn't take a vehicle with him so we didn't have a vehicle to look
12:34for we couldn't track a phone there's all sorts of things going on that that we would normally do
12:39that we weren't able to do when detectives asked gloria if she has any theories as to where george might
12:48be she admits she is beginning to fear george's past may have caught up with him he had a background in
12:56in narcotics and he did it starting at a young age but he came to texas it's supposed to be a fresh start
13:04for them gloria says there's one piece of information she had been afraid to tell police
13:13gloria aiken was saying that she felt her husband had gotten into some trouble with some cartel members
13:20i really didn't want the police to get involved you know because i felt like maybe you know he
13:29i didn't want to call the police but i had to
13:35i could have believed that maybe he would owe some other people some money or something like that
13:40because that's kind of you know his background was a street guy and dabbling into all kinds of different
13:47types of hustles that aren't legal the potential lead sparks detectives interest but during the
13:54interview they notice an unsettling detail in the language gloria is using around george's disappearance
14:02one thing that stood out was that when she did talk to the police she spoke about george in the past tense
14:08as if he was no longer here nobody knew if george was no longer here because he was only confirmed as
14:15missing at the time so speaking of him in the past tense as if he's no longer here was pretty dammy
14:24later that day gloria consents to a search of her home they look through the couple's cars they look
14:31through the couple's home there is no obvious sign of foul play the house was clean it was very organized
14:39it was just a nice place go upstairs and there's this big walk-in closet full of trash bags what's
14:45in there all those all george's clothes she said she couldn't stand to look at them
14:52it's what she told us i can imagine where somebody would be so upset seeing this reminder that they
14:59would put the clothes in trash bags so it wasn't a automatic red flag it just seemed odd
15:05i have to ask you why did you pack up george's belongings no i didn't pack up none of his belongings
15:14none of his belongings he had some stuff that he already put in a bag that he was going to like
15:18take to the salvation army because he had other stuff like new stuff already the stuff that was there i
15:25mean yeah i couldn't stand to look at stuff but his stuff was already the way he left it and so they
15:32looked at it and was talking like i did something back then gloria made a statement to police that
15:38she packed the clothes because she couldn't handle looking at them but now she's stating that george
15:43packed the clothes and he was going to give them away the salvation army it's totally different stories
15:50i think she just didn't remember what she told it's been years past and when you don't tell the truth
15:55you don't remember what lie you told who you told it to detectives next reach out to george's friends
16:04hoping for a lead george wouldn't have just run off and went anywhere for anything he didn't have
16:10anything to do or or go anywhere george he was he was a family man he was about his family
16:17when detectives ask if george may have been caught up in any shady business dealings
16:23his friend is quick to rule that theory out he had told me he completely got out he was completely
16:30out of the game he was being responsible george didn't owe anybody any money i told the police this
16:36that her story was bogus i think she was making up stories just to get them not to look at her
16:42and i told the detectives i said she killed him she killed him
16:46george was really stressed out he felt like that something was going on between her and
16:54one of the other correction officers
17:00the night before george went missing we were at my apartment in the north side of town of ennis and
17:26we were getting ready to watch a football game his phone was going crazy all evening long
17:34he finally had to cut it off and he told me he said man she just won't leave me alone she's always
17:38wanting money because george had money coming in from investments we just went on with the rest of the
17:48night watch the game and he got in his car and he left and it had to have been about 12 12 30 that night
17:54she was going home i went to the house looking for him the next morning because we were going to hang
18:00out and when i got there his car was there and she said somebody picked him up the night before
18:07she had nothing else to say she says well i reported him missing i knew something bad had happened to my
18:12friend my heart dropped i just knew he knows i just felt that he was gone george's friend jd explains
18:23what he believes to be gloria's motive shortly before this all happened george says man i just
18:29can't put my finger on she's not home much anymore and when she's gone she's spending crazy amounts of
18:34money george had money but he just did not like to spend it he said man i think she got a boyfriend or
18:41something up there at that prison hoping to determine the name of gloria's alleged boyfriend
18:48detectives subpoena her phone records but as they wait a new development takes the case by storm
18:58march 1st 2008 three miles away in nearby bardwell lake authorities receive a disturbing call
19:06a couple that was on the lake just enjoying themselves come around a curve and see a human leg
19:19they had found this leg partially wrapped up in a plastic bag and then called the the authorities
19:24right away normally when you get a call that someone thinks they found human remains it more
19:29often than not it turns out to be an animal bone so i was a little shocked to find out when we got there
19:35that it was an actual a human leg there's no distinguishing marks but it's a leg of a african
19:43american the wound itself appeared to have been cut with some sort of saw or a bladed instrument it
19:51wasn't a a rough cut like you would see with a an animal attack or or an accidental dismemberment
19:58something like that this was a straight clean cut all the way through
20:06we felt we needed to search the area looking for the rest of the victim's body or more parts
20:14we didn't find any blood at the scene we didn't find any other physical evidence everything appeared
20:20to be that the location at the lake was strictly a dump site
20:28detectives immediately send the severed limb to the coroner for analysis and search the missing
20:34persons database we learned that the innis police department which was near our location actually did
20:42have an open missing person case for a george frazier since both of the cases were in this close
20:48proximity the description matched we had a pretty good suspicion that that this leg was probably that
20:55of mr frazier we were able to get from his sister some dna items additionally from gloria they got a
21:06toothbrush and so they were able to compare the dna and it was george's leg on march 3rd and his police
21:16head to the home george shared with his partner gloria aiken to deliver the tragic news i was at home
21:24there was a police officer at the door and he said that uh he was murdered
21:32and the first thing i wanted to know was how why when and who did it
21:46gloria agrees to sit down with detectives for a polygraph examination i felt like i was helping i felt
21:55like i was doing something to help resolve the problem to find out what's going on you know because i
22:02was i was anxious you know because i was worried and i was concerned and i didn't know what was going
22:08on though gloria is adamant of her innocence the test suggests otherwise the polygraph examiner usually
22:18wants you to answer yes or no it's not a lot of elaborated questions you just answer yes or no
22:24one of the questions was did i kill george frazier and i said no i did not kill george frazier
22:34it did show some type of deception the part that gloria failed was the question asking about whether
22:41she participated in george's dismemberment so that was very important to investigators at the time
22:48coming up detectives utilize a person of interest to close in on gloria
23:02gloria's version of events was totally opposite of anything he said
23:19on march 3rd 2008 the polygraph examination of gloria aiken has indicated possible deception in her
23:27knowledge of george frazier's murder that was inconclusive because uh i told him i said i'm on
23:36psych meds i'm on pain medication and i don't think this is gonna work so they scrapped me to the chair
23:41anyway and it was so tight it was a whole old chair oh and i so i took the straps off so then they
23:50asked me if i knew of anyone that i can blame it on i'm like no i don't i honestly didn't know any of
23:57that i mean i didn't know the investigators was kind of mad at that so they ended it i even said would you
24:05stop putting blame on me and actually go out there and investigate and find out who really did it i
24:11said i didn't do it can you prove that i did it why would i do it we never had any problems like that
24:18so i told them to leave me alone i said look hey if you're investigating me you'll need to stop it
24:24because i didn't do it so they just said you know okay well go ahead it's gloria you know so i was
24:29like all right why do you think police thought you had motive to do this they just assume i may have
24:41but i didn't have any motive they was looking at me because i was the wife when i found out that i was
24:48the focus of this investigation i felt bad and i felt betrayed and i was scared
24:57without gloria's cooperation detectives refocus their efforts on finding physical evidence
25:05after she was a suspect i was talking to some co-workers that i had the red flag from the beginning
25:10that i just didn't feel comfortable with the whole interview because she didn't want to let me in the
25:17house i believe there was some evidence in there that she didn't want me to see i felt like she
25:22killed him i felt that something was more than what was going on than what she said we had the polygraph
25:30examinations but those aren't admissible in texas they thought there would have been more evidence
25:36found at the home so they get a search warrant to search this house in the cars again
25:41on march 11 2008 three weeks after george's initial disappearance detectives arrive at gloria's home
25:50for a more comprehensive search this time they also went in with crime scene technicians from the dps
25:57crime lab there was a nine millimeter pistol we seized they found blood in a jeep
26:03they found blood in a bathroom and dorinda clark found blood on a chair and an ottoman and the wall
26:11in the living room it appeared somebody tried to clean it up at some point and they didn't a very
26:15good job they didn't get everything they find a baseball bat that has blood stains and pieces of hair
26:22on it that kind of made us think that this is our primary crime scene with suspicion mounting around
26:30gloria's involvement detectives must consider if her alleged lover had anything to do with the crime
26:38on march 12 2008 detectives receive gloria's phone records hoping to uncover the name
26:47when they got her phone records they saw that there was one particular number that she called
26:52very often that person ended up being mr odetola he was a person who also worked with her at the prison
27:00on march 21st detectives head to the hutchins state jail to interview olatumbosan odetola he admitted
27:10he'd been dating her since like august of 07. she had told him that she wasn't married that she was
27:16living with two old aunts that were rich and would cut her off if they knew that she was seeing anybody
27:22they saw each other regularly he would rent a hotel room in corsicana which is about 30 minutes down the
27:29road i would not call it an affair he was my co-worker a little liquor got involved and unfortunately
27:39it happened one time when detectives break the news that gloria did in fact have a partner of nearly 20
27:47years olatumbosan appears genuinely shocked he says that he had no idea who george was didn't even know
27:55that glory was in a relationship with anyone he confesses that he had been in the home but had no
28:03idea that george even existed we never talked about our families but we both knew each one was married
28:12we both knew that olatumbosan says that within the past three weeks gloria had asked him to move
28:20in with her she's gonna invite another guy to move in with her after george had been reported missing
28:26dad told me that you know he's not coming back
28:29i made a mistake
28:41march 2008. five weeks after the disappearance of 42-year-old george frazier and his police have
28:49discovered that george's partner gloria aiken was having an affair with olatumbosan oditola
28:56i made a mistake i messed up it wouldn't happen again and it didn't happen again it was that one
29:03time and um i apologize for it gloria's version of events was totally opposite of anything he said
29:12she said it was a one-time affair olat was married police looked at him as a suspect so he had every
29:20reason to deny having an affair with gloria but he didn't the motivation for gloria line about the
29:27affair is because it ruins her image and it gives more motivation for the incident after questioning
29:34olatumbosan detectives let him go and begin digging deeper for gloria's potential motive starting with the
29:42couple's finances there's a 250 000 life insurance policy on george this 250 000 life insurance policy
29:52became a real legitimate motive for why she would want him you know dead she could gain a hefty life
29:59insurance policy to live the life that she wanted to lead
30:02while detectives continue looking into a possible financial motive another clue washes ashore on a
30:12nearby lake on april 5th 2008 five weeks after the discovery of george's leg there was a person around
30:21ritzland chambers lake that was doing some sort of landscaping or yard work they thought it was you
30:27know somebody cleaned some fish and threw the guts in the bag dumped it you know it's flying stuff around
30:32it he goes in to look at it and finds a hidden torso in the bag the freestone county sheriff's
30:41department quickly responds to the scene there was quite a bit of decomposition the arms had been
30:48removed and the body had been cut just below the chest it happens to be an african-american male
30:55they believe between 25 and 50. the body parts are immediately sent to the crime lab
31:01for analysis we went ahead and did the dental records and it was george fraser
31:10he'd been shot twice in the head it was a 22 caliber pistol
31:14they were looking for a small caliber gun like a 22. i believe she had a nine millimeter
31:20in her house so it did not match
31:21the blood found inside gloria and george's home
31:31dna confirmed that all of the blood that was found on the ottoman the couch the tv the baseball bat the
31:40wall and the master bathroom all belonged to george
31:44the这个 model was just a few cars that he had been engaged with his death i was thinking he had a
31:5620-year-old herself in theonde network of her mother-and-old herself and her husband and her
32:01one-to-one took the advantages of her as an adult in the hospital in the hospital in the hospital in the
32:05It was a possibility that whoever it was, she was sleeping around at the prison, which could have had something to do with it.
32:13On April 24th, 2008, detectives asked Gloria's boyfriend, Olatunbosen Oditola, to come in for a polygraph exam.
32:23He passed the part of the polygraph that asked about participation in the offense.
32:28In the dismemberment or the homicide, he failed the part about the knowledge of the offense.
32:36He just was not really cooperative at first until we asked him, are you going to be a witness or a suspect?
32:42He chose witness. He would do anything he could do to clear his name at that point.
32:52On April 25th, Olatunbosen agrees to wear a wire during a conversation with Gloria.
33:00Hi.
33:02Hi, I'm Gloria.
33:03My problemas!
33:14I'm Gloria!
33:16I was with them for like eight hours yesterday.
33:18So what?
33:20Can't I say anything?
33:22They knew everything from ACE, to me.
33:24So what?
33:25He told me, you don't have any man living with you.
33:28But they said, you live together.
33:30He was really pressuring her to give him some type of truth.
33:33They said, I'm going to arrest you.
33:35They said, I asked you, committing the murder.
33:39They said, I asked you.
33:40No, you didn't.
33:41I didn't do anything.
33:44This is some serious ,, right?
33:46So you need to listen and chill out, OK?
33:50Just listen.
33:51Man, they know everything, everything.
33:53Everything like what?
33:54What do they know?
33:56Listen to them.
33:59As their conversation gets increasingly heated,
34:02management from a nearby restaurant notices the disturbance
34:06and calls police.
34:08We're OK.
34:11Can we help you?
34:13No, I'm checking that out, please.
34:16What's going on this morning, man?
34:18I don't know.
34:20What are you talking about?
34:22The officer's presence puts an end to the argument and any chance of Gloria incriminating herself on the wire.
34:33Without a confession from Gloria, the case quickly loses momentum.
34:45I would have wanted a confession because it was all circumstantial.
34:47We took what we had to the DA's office.
34:49The chief fill-in prosecutor reviewed it, felt like it was enough to arrest, but not enough to prosecute.
34:53There weren't any post-polygraph admissions that were made by either Mr. Odetola or Gloria that we could use.
35:00I don't think anybody realistically believed that Mr. Odetola did any of this.
35:06We still had to prove that she intentionally and knowingly, you know, caused his death.
35:15Though detectives try to build a case, five years pass with no developments.
35:21So Gloria's case was put on hold for a while and she was able to cash in on that $250,000 life insurance policy.
35:31She sent her daughter off to Alaska and she was 15 years old, which was strange.
35:38Like, why would you send your child to live with family in Alaska?
35:42Does she have information?
35:43Does she know something?
35:45I found out that the job that I had, the officials got involved with it and told them to relieve me of my duties and without any reasonable explanation.
35:58So I just said, I'm going to just move around, okay, and find another place to support myself and my family, which I did.
36:06I had family in South Carolina and I was welcome, you know, to South Carolina.
36:11I loved the weather, the state, the people.
36:14It was nice.
36:15No one never came to me and told me not to leave the state of Texas.
36:20I didn't think, you know, that they would come after me several years later.
36:26By 2013, the murder case against Gloria Aiken has been on hold for five years.
36:45And Gloria has started her life over in South Carolina.
36:49I thought Gloria was in the clear because I didn't think she did it.
36:53And I thought maybe they finally gave her a break or just let her go.
36:58Not that they were still building a case some kind of way.
37:02In April 2014, the Ellis County District Attorney's Office decides they're ready to present the evidence to a grand jury.
37:12We had a new prosecutor at the time, Duke chief felony prosecutor.
37:15We put a PowerPoint program together and sat down with her, showed her the PowerPoint.
37:20She thought it was a good case and it was worth, worth indicting her.
37:25Prosecutors argue that on February 17th, 2008, George had settled into his favorite chair for the evening.
37:33All signs point to George is either asleep or watching TV.
37:39That Gloria takes a baseball bat, hits him over the head.
37:43I think to disable him, to knock him out and then finish him off with the pistol.
37:52I think she hauled him in that jeep until that blood got in there.
37:55Cut him up with a better operated saw of some type.
37:59I put him in bags and took him to the lake.
38:03I always thought that there might have been another party involved that might have been an accomplice,
38:08but we just didn't have the evidence.
38:15All of the facts and circumstances were brought out to the grand jury
38:18and they ultimately decided to indict her for a murder.
38:22After the arrest warrant comes out, she's found in South Carolina.
38:27She was ultimately arrested and then waived extradition back to Texas to stand charges here.
38:32We tried to interview at the Ellis County Jail.
38:34She didn't want to talk to us and she started crying.
38:37I was shocked when I was indicted.
38:42I was nervous.
38:44I just wanted to get over with.
38:49When I found out that she was arrested for the murder,
38:53it was just mind-boggling because I felt that it was just...
38:56my hunch was true that she did actually do it.
39:00In 2016, while Gloria awaits trial, the case is dealt a final blow when lead detective Dorinda Clark passes away from cancer.
39:15You lost your lead investigator at that point.
39:19We, you know, really realized that we were not going to be able to do this trial because of Dorinda Clark not being available.
39:26We decided we needed to plea this out and get the best, you know, best option we could in the end.
39:33On May 19, 2017, prosecutors offer Gloria a plea deal, reducing her murder charge to manslaughter.
39:45They just kept saying, well, we offering you this time.
39:48If you don't take this 12 years, we're going to give you 50 to 100 years.
39:53I decided to take the plea bargain for 12 years because I was scared.
40:01When I found out that she pled guilty to the manslaughter, I was shocked by it and surprised.
40:09But I understand why she would plead guilty to 12 years because it's 12 years you get to come home one day.
40:21Innocent people do not take plea deals.
40:24If you didn't do it, you didn't do it.
40:27You took a plea deal because you know you got away with it.
40:31George was a great guy, you know, and she took the opportunity for so many people to get to know a great guy.
40:40And in the end, she had all the money she wanted and only had to serve 12 years.
40:45My hopes for the future, once I'm released from prison, are reestablishing my life, spending time with my family.
40:59My family miss me.
41:01And they need me.
41:02I know Gloria didn't kill George, so I know that the police charged the wrong person for George's murder. That was a mistake.
41:12If I can talk to George's loved ones face to face, I would tell them, I am not responsible for what happened to George.
41:24I love him.
41:25You know I loved him.
41:27You know I loved him.
41:28And you know I would never do anything to hurt that man.
41:30You know I took care of that man.
41:32I love him.
41:33He loved me.
41:35And if anything, I would protect him, like I thought I'd been doing.
41:40But evidently, I wasn't doing it well enough.
41:43And I apologize.
41:44She could possibly be in denial about doing it.
41:47Maybe she suppressed it.
41:49Maybe she just doesn't want to deal with the reality of what comes with admitting to it.
41:53You spend day in and day out telling yourself you didn't do something.
41:56Yeah, you can convince yourself.
41:58There's so many unanswered questions, but the only person that knows the truth through and through is Gloria.
42:05We're still together spiritually.
42:07I haven't been in any kind of relationship since he's been missing.
42:13And he will always be with me.
