00:00Hello and welcome to the Traitor's Ireland Uncloaked, the official Traitor's visual podcast.
00:05I'm your host, Kevin McGarren.
00:06Tonight's episode really put the fun back in funeral.
00:09Coming up, I'll be joined in the attic by the last original traitor,
00:13the master of mayhem, Poddy, as well as poor murdered Christine.
00:18I'll have their first interview since leaving the castle
00:21and we'll have the unseen footage of the moment Christine found out
00:25that Ben wasn't a serial killer after all.
00:27No, the last one, you're joking.
00:31You are absolutely taking the pistachio.
00:40But first, I'm joined by Emma Doran and Michael Fry.
00:47Folks, you're so welcome to my attic.
00:50First of all, what did you make of tonight's episode?
00:52We got the best one.
00:53We got the best one of the whole series.
00:55The elimination of the big bad.
00:57I think it's great.
00:58Are ye as devastated as I am that we lost my sweet prince, Poddy?
01:03Yes.
01:04I think he played the game so well.
01:07And I was, I think when I heard there was Traitor's Ireland in the first place,
01:11I wanted an owl lad and he delivered.
01:13There is a certain type of cute owl lad who kind of goes under the radar.
01:18It's quite unassuming.
01:19I just, I'm really excited, yes, to maybe, yeah.
01:25To be Poddy?
01:26Yeah.
01:27He's going to be sitting right where you're sitting right there.
01:29Ah!
01:29You can smell, you can smell the sofa after he leaves.
01:34Before Christine became the latest player murdered, she had the surreal experience of attending
01:39her own funeral and it seemed to have most of our players genuinely quite shook.
01:43When we started moving, we could hear the wailing behind us.
01:50They took you back to when that kind of thing happened.
01:54I can feel it getting really tense between us and Christine has it out for Ben.
01:58Christine, I can see her, she has daggers, like she's there, you know,
02:02but then Faye to the side of me, who's like nearly breaking down.
02:04There's me.
02:06Christine.
02:19Oh, are you going to hear something?
02:22Christine really was convinced that poor Ben was behind her murder.
02:26Like she wasn't even in any way subtle.
02:28Like she was like, ugh.
02:29I mean, it's a divine skill to be able to throw filthies.
02:33People think that they can throw looks, but she was throwing,
02:36filthies, the whole face is involved in filthies.
02:40She was just unbelievable.
02:41The tears in the coffin were so cute.
02:46So cute.
02:47You seemed to genuinely enjoy her suffering.
02:49Oh, it was good though, wasn't it?
02:50It was good, yeah.
02:51Yeah, yeah, yeah.
02:52And she just talks so much.
02:54So then just to see all those emotions all so closely together, it was so exciting.
02:59That's why I love Christine.
03:00I think she's such a good faithful, because she wears her heart on her sleeve,
03:03like completely, she couldn't hide.
03:05Was murdering Christine a good curveball by Nick?
03:09I think it was a good murder because she's kind of dangerous.
03:13As in, I don't think anyone suspects her being a traitor.
03:16So you can't use her as a patsy at all.
03:18And also she had that kind of accusation of Ben where she laid it all out
03:21and very politely was just like, I think you're a traitor and that's it.
03:24And then went away kind of sobbing afterwards.
03:26And I just think like she's dangerous in the sense that she could fire at anybody,
03:30but nobody thinks she's a traitor.
03:33And also it meant there was heat on Faye and Ben afterwards.
03:37I'm honestly concerned Faye might have PTSD after that last mission.
03:42She seemed genuinely upset.
03:44Very upset.
03:45I've been at actual funerals where somebody has died and someone's been wailing.
03:51People are going, a bit much.
03:52Irish people don't like that level of emotion.
03:55It makes us feel uncomfortable.
03:57Bottle it up.
03:58Bottle it up.
03:59Bottle it up, Faye.
03:59Push it down.
04:00She's too emotional.
04:01This is Traders Ireland, not Traders Hollywood.
04:03Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
04:05What I thought was really funny was Paudy was like,
04:07it brought me back to when they did that kind of thing.
04:09What age is Paudy?
04:10Yeah, yeah.
04:10I think Paudy is a vampire.
04:12He's eternal.
04:12Paudy born in 1845.
04:14He survived the famine.
04:16That's why Paudy's constantly eating sandwiches
04:19because he remembers the famine.
04:21He's like, if you see a plate of sandwiches,
04:23stick them all in your pocket
04:24because you don't know when you're going to be hungry again.
04:26Well, Nick has already made quite an impact
04:28in his short time as a Trader,
04:29not least by turning on the very person who recruited him.
04:33Our last remaining OG Trader, Paudy,
04:35finally ran out of road.
04:37Nick said he was asked to be seduced and refused.
04:42Maybe he didn't refuse.
04:44You've kept me in the game.
04:45You're obviously trying to get me out before I get you.
04:47Somebody's obviously told you that.
04:49I voted for Nick.
04:51I voted for Paudy.
04:53And to the contrary of what you said,
04:54I think you're protecting someone.
04:56I'm delighted to say we are joined now by the man,
04:59the myth,
04:59the traitor,
05:00Paudy!
05:03Thanks, Kevin.
05:04Thanks.
05:05Firstly, can we just take a moment to appreciate
05:08what a brilliant game you played?
05:10The last of the original Traitors.
05:13Paudy, does talk of you being the next president?
05:16Have you heard about this?
05:17Do you consider President Paudy?
05:19No, it doesn't rhyme well, really, to be honest, Kevin.
05:22I don't think it'll work.
05:23Anyway, the whole country knows how I tell lies.
05:26So, that's not going to work for me.
05:28Or maybe.
05:29You're thinking maybe Fianna Fáil, Fianna Gael.
05:31I didn't say that.
05:32Well, Paudy, your unforgettable time on the show came to an end.
05:36But you left the castle with a truly fantastic mic drop moment.
05:40There's a lot I'd like to say, actually.
05:42On my way home to my wife,
05:44my four beautiful children,
05:46my nine grandchildren,
05:47I'm looking forward to seeing them all.
05:49I really am.
05:52You might know my family,
05:54but you even met one of them.
05:56My son, Andrew,
05:57and I am a traitor.
06:02My son!
06:04Oh, my God!
06:06How is it?
06:08God!
06:09You left chaos in your wake.
06:12I thought it was such a lovely gift that you left.
06:14Like it was a parting gift to them all.
06:16I love the virtual mic drop as well.
06:20Well, look, I had to go out somewhere.
06:22So, I might as well go big, I thought.
06:25No, and I just,
06:25I was walking up there.
06:27I didn't know what I was going to say, to be honest.
06:29I didn't plan it or anything.
06:30It's just the way it came out.
06:32It came out beautifully.
06:33Well, it looked okay then, to be honest.
06:35But, yeah.
06:36Okay, I was going to tell him.
06:38That was my son.
06:39And I was going to say,
06:40I was looking forward to going home.
06:41To be honest,
06:42I really was looking forward to going home.
06:43I would have liked to have stayed another couple of days.
06:46But going home was a great option.
06:47Do you know who reminded me of?
06:49It was real Colleen Rooney, wasn't it?
06:51Oh, yeah.
06:52Rebecca Barty.
06:55Jesus.
06:57No, it was perfect.
06:58It was perfect.
06:59Was your wife suspicious
07:00that both her husband and her son
07:03were heading off on a mysterious trip?
07:04Like, did she think you were going to Amsterdam?
07:06My wife was a very, very smart woman.
07:08And she knew, obviously,
07:09I was going there.
07:10And when she was told
07:11the other lad was going away for a fortnight,
07:13you know,
07:14I can guarantee you,
07:15she knew,
07:15she told nobody.
07:17I disappeared.
07:18And that was a problem in the end.
07:20I mean,
07:20my brother rang my wife
07:22halfway through.
07:23My father's anniversary mess,
07:25which I'd forgotten about,
07:26was coming up.
07:27Yeah, no.
07:28As fortunate as mine,
07:28it's dead a long time.
07:29You've got a mass in anyway,
07:31so.
07:32Yeah, you did attend a funeral.
07:33Yeah, well, I did.
07:34That's true, yeah.
07:35So she had to tell him
07:36a plate lying on the phone.
07:38He's gone back working,
07:39you know what I mean?
07:39He's gone back working?
07:4115 years of retiring plates.
07:44And then I've gone back working, so.
07:46You just love prison that much.
07:50Really, Mr. Lads.
07:51Back to some think tank in Dublin,
07:52you know.
07:53Couldn't be contacted either.
07:54Oh, my God.
07:55Because there was times
07:56where the heat was on you
07:57an awful lot.
07:58And there were times
07:59where you did maybe
08:01look a bit flummoxed.
08:02But I thought you always
08:04acted like an innocent faithful.
08:06Well,
08:07oh, I wasn't faithful.
08:08I know.
08:10You're still in character.
08:12I've been watching.
08:13You can drop it.
08:16Oh, stop.
08:17I'll tell you straight up.
08:18I had the shackles
08:21of being a traitor.
08:23I had the shackles
08:23of the relationship
08:24with my son.
08:26I was carrying some iron
08:27around me, I'll tell you that.
08:28There was some metal
08:28hanging off of me.
08:29I was in, you know,
08:30I mean, I had a lot
08:31of different things
08:32I was kind of juggling.
08:35I have to ask now,
08:36how much mileage
08:37is your family
08:38getting out of
08:39the daddy moment?
08:40Unfortunately,
08:42I think we had
08:42a daddy moment.
08:44Daddy.
08:45I let slip
08:46and I blurted out,
08:48daddy.
08:48Daddy.
08:49We need to call me daddy,
08:51which was low.
08:53And I think maybe
08:54we might have gotten
08:55away with it.
08:56That was the moment.
08:58And they are getting
08:59massive mileage.
09:00Because this is going
09:02to go on forever,
09:03I'd say.
09:04I think it was just
09:05that it was daddy.
09:06It was daddy.
09:07And Will was
09:08beside him.
09:10And later on,
09:12Andrew had said to me,
09:13Jesus, you know,
09:14Will was so close.
09:16Don't worry about Will,
09:16I said, you know,
09:17the chances are
09:18he didn't hear it.
09:19Well, thankfully,
09:19he didn't.
09:20So we got away with it.
09:21Now, let's talk about
09:22when you recruited
09:23Andrew.
09:24Was that an emotional
09:26decision rather than
09:27a strategic one?
09:28It could have been
09:29emotional, to be honest.
09:29I don't know.
09:30But I had a strategy
09:31because Nick put
09:33pressure on him.
09:33Now, Nick said
09:34the pressure was going
09:35on as a curveball.
09:36He said he didn't even
09:36think Andrew was a
09:38traitor.
09:38So he said that
09:40what we'll do is
09:41we'll get rid of Andrew
09:42and that's going to
09:43take the pressure off of him.
09:44So I decided then
09:46when we got over that
09:48that when I
09:49recruited Andrew
09:50because Nick had said
09:52that he didn't think
09:53Andrew was a traitor
09:55and then if I recruited
09:57Andrew, we might build
09:58a murder on Nick
09:59and Andrew might be able
10:01to recover at the table
10:02because Nick was gone
10:04who was driving it.
10:05I was thinking.
10:05I was wrong.
10:07And then, of course,
10:09Siobhan came in and said
10:10there'll be no murder tonight.
10:12So that was my plans
10:13gone out the gate.
10:14I'm constantly flitting
10:16between you being
10:17a master strategist
10:19and you just going like
10:20I forgot he just
10:20followed me.
10:22The second one is right.
10:25We have to talk about
10:26the OG traitors.
10:27Where did it all go wrong
10:29for you guys as a team?
10:30I put my hand up.
10:31It was me.
10:32I made a mistake.
10:33I met Andrew at the
10:34breakfast table.
10:34It was that moment.
10:35That moment.
10:36Yeah.
10:36I think I might have
10:37asked him about Caitlin.
10:38Oh, what do you think?
10:39Or whatever.
10:40He said, I think she'll go.
10:41And I said, just watch
10:42your back.
10:42You know, because she
10:44didn't mention your name.
10:45What I failed to tell him
10:46was don't tell him I said it.
10:48You know, and that's where
10:49I made my mistake.
10:49Well, like the first key
10:51of bitching about somebody
10:52is you have to say,
10:53by the way, don't tell
10:54anyone.
10:54I know, yeah.
10:55I should have known
10:56he was going to go
10:57straight and say it to her.
10:59So I was given a
11:00curveball at the table
11:01that night, I'll have to say.
11:02And of course,
11:04it was me then
11:04she was coming after.
11:05Did yourself and Eamon
11:06clash personality-wise
11:08or was it just
11:08the pressure of the game?
11:10We didn't clash at all,
11:11really.
11:11To be honest, we didn't.
11:12I heard there was a lot of rows.
11:13Yeah, yeah.
11:14But what happened was
11:15what happened with Caitlin,
11:17OK?
11:18And then Eamon
11:19didn't come to me
11:21and discuss with me.
11:22But he did discuss
11:23with Caitlin, obviously.
11:24And the two of them
11:24decided they were
11:25going to offer me up
11:26as a sacrificial man,
11:27I think.
11:28So then
11:28we clashed in that sense
11:30because he was
11:32trying to dictate
11:33an awful lot
11:33in the conclave.
11:35And I was trying to be,
11:37you know,
11:37kind of the voice
11:38of reason that
11:39we shouldn't get out
11:40these people
11:40just because they're
11:41big players
11:41or good players,
11:42whatever.
11:42We should maybe
11:43pick somebody else,
11:44not putting a name
11:45and then, of course,
11:45everything.
11:47Yeah, put it Eamon
11:48just, he went on
11:49in his own way
11:50and that was it.
11:51But I think
11:52one of the examples
11:52of insane gameplay
11:54where you are better
11:55than the other two
11:55is when they arrived
11:56to that group chat,
11:58you were sitting on a sofa
11:59and they were like,
11:59can we speak to you
12:00specifically?
12:01So they singled you out
12:02and it looked suspicious
12:03and it was then
12:04brought up later on.
12:05So even from
12:06beyond the grave,
12:07Eamon managed to get you
12:09which I think was mental.
12:10We actually have
12:11a clip of that exact moment.
12:13Let's have a look.
12:14I'm really sorry
12:15to interrupt.
12:16I'm really,
12:16can I, Potty,
12:17can I just ask you something?
12:18You know the whole
12:19Shield thing
12:20that happened yesterday?
12:21I just want to talk
12:22about it with Caitlin
12:22because I wasn't there.
12:23Can we just have
12:23one quick chat about it?
12:24No, I want to clear it up
12:26because I wasn't there
12:27when it happened.
12:28Can we just have a chat?
12:29Can we just chat about it?
12:30Sorry, thank you.
12:32Jesus Christ.
12:35Why would you say,
12:36can you not see
12:37what I'm doing there?
12:38Can you not see
12:38what I'm doing there?
12:39But anyway,
12:39listen,
12:40this is what,
12:41I want to tell you
12:42what the plan is today.
12:43Really?
12:43Because I can't hear you.
12:44This is what,
12:45I want to tell you
12:45what the plan is today,
12:46right?
12:46what the plan is today.
12:49Like that really
12:50flustered Eamon
12:51because you were
12:51behaving like a faithful.
12:53Well,
12:53there was a part of me
12:54going like maybe
12:55he just couldn't be
12:56arse getting up.
12:57No,
12:57there might be some
12:59of that in it as well
13:00but no,
13:01I wasn't going to move.
13:02Yeah.
13:03No way.
13:03I wasn't going to,
13:05you know,
13:05come over here
13:06we want to talk to you.
13:08That went out
13:08in primary school.
13:09I,
13:10yeah,
13:10I thought it was,
13:11I thought it was a genius move
13:12because it made,
13:13it made,
13:14it flustered him first of all,
13:15it made him look guilty
13:16and it made you look very innocent.
13:19Why would you want to chat to me?
13:20What can you not say
13:21in front of everybody here?
13:22Exactly.
13:23Yeah.
13:23Were you being yourself
13:24in the castle
13:25or were you sort of
13:25playing the character?
13:26I was being myself.
13:28I mean,
13:28you know,
13:29people were saying to me
13:30that,
13:30you know,
13:30that the granddad thing
13:32was working
13:32or the dad thing
13:33was working
13:34but I am,
13:35both of those things
13:36so I was playing myself
13:37in that sense.
13:38Did I,
13:38did I try and up it
13:40as much as I could?
13:40Yes,
13:41I did.
13:41Without a doubt,
13:42I did.
13:42And,
13:42and I thought it worked
13:43for a long time.
13:44And in fact,
13:45if I'm not mistaken,
13:46Vanessa said something about,
13:47yeah,
13:47your granddad could be a traitor.
13:49Yeah.
13:50I remember Ian was like,
13:51oh,
13:51he's cute.
13:52I was watching it going,
13:53oh,
13:53he's cute,
13:54all right.
13:55He's cute.
13:58What about Nick?
13:59Were you surprised
14:00he betrayed you so quick?
14:01No,
14:02and looking back on it,
14:03he mentioned it at the breakfast,
14:04he felt he was on.
14:04Somebody had said it was him
14:06at breakfast table
14:07and he was obviously,
14:09he was scrammed on his mom
14:10but then,
14:10I don't think he would have
14:11gone after me so much
14:12if his name wasn't mentioned
14:14at the breakfast table
14:14that morning.
14:15Self-preservation.
14:16Absolutely,
14:16and I can't blame him for that.
14:18You know,
14:18and I would have done the same myself.
14:20Now,
14:20I wouldn't have gone after Nick
14:22that night
14:22only that I felt that Nick
14:24and Ben,
14:25as it turns out,
14:25they may not have been,
14:26but I felt they were working together
14:27and coming after me.
14:30Well,
14:30now the shoe is on the other foot
14:31and Nick is the one
14:33with the power to blackmail.
14:34Coming up after the break,
14:36we've dug her up,
14:37we've prized open our coffin,
14:39and we'll be joined in the attic
14:40by none other than Christine.
14:43Don't go anywhere.
14:43Welcome back to Uncloaked.
14:54I'm here with Emma and Michael.
14:55We also have the last
14:56original traitor party,
14:58and joining us
14:59is the always faithful
15:01Christine.
15:06Christine,
15:07Christine,
15:07welcome.
15:08How are you after all that?
15:09Good now,
15:10yeah,
15:10deck of the rosary being said.
15:13Is it a relief to be out
15:15or are you disappointed?
15:17I suppose I'm disappointed
15:18because I would have liked
15:19to have gotten
15:20a little bit further,
15:21but I'm so happy
15:22with how I went.
15:23Yeah.
15:23Yeah,
15:23I'm really happy.
15:24You went really far,
15:26like,
15:26you know?
15:27Yeah.
15:27Episode nine,
15:28what's it like to be
15:29sitting beside the mastermind
15:30behind it all,
15:31Poddy?
15:32It wasn't me.
15:33It just wasn't me.
15:34I know.
15:37And poor,
15:38poor Ben.
15:39We will get to Ben.
15:41You were murdered
15:41in plain sight
15:43and it was a hug
15:44from Nick
15:45that put the curse on you.
15:48I was so like a brother.
15:49I'm actually,
15:50we were only just saying
15:50that your wife is so lucky,
15:51like you're such a gent.
15:53Yeah,
15:53she's so lucky.
15:54I'll let you guys
15:55have that conversation.
15:57That is not a full hug.
15:58That was a side hug.
15:59No,
15:59that was a side hug.
16:00That was an awkward.
16:01We need to re-film.
16:02That was not a hug.
16:03So are you saying
16:04you should have been half dead?
16:05I should not.
16:06Oh,
16:07that is not a hug.
16:08That's a,
16:08how are you getting on?
16:09Yeah,
16:10yeah,
16:10you know,
16:11you met your neighbour
16:11in the shop like,
16:12oh God,
16:13God.
16:13To be fair,
16:14it took you a while to die.
16:15It did.
16:16Yeah,
16:17yeah,
16:18to be fair.
16:19Do you still feel
16:19the same way about Nick now?
16:21All I know is that
16:22I will never hug someone again.
16:25Sound like Cody.
16:26Cody,
16:27we saw your reaction
16:28to the idea
16:28of having to hug somebody.
16:30If it was you
16:30who had to do the hugging,
16:31would there be no more murders?
16:33I'm well able to hug.
16:34I'm well able to hug.
16:35I hug my son.
16:37I obviously hug all my grandkids.
16:39Hugging comes like
16:40second nature,
16:41but there was no way
16:42I was hugging in there
16:42because they'd have known
16:44straight away
16:44I wasn't a hugger
16:45from the start.
16:45Yeah,
16:46yeah,
16:46if I hug somebody,
16:47they were going to know
16:48for sure.
16:48Would you agree
16:49with that hug
16:49being a full hug?
16:51Absolutely,
16:51Christine,
16:52it was 100%.
16:53Sorry.
16:54Just because you didn't feel it,
16:56it was a hug.
16:59Christine,
17:00you were so sure
17:01it was Ben.
17:02I need to say my theory
17:04because I actually feel
17:05that if you are a traitor
17:06and you can't...
17:06Stop fucking saying that.
17:08No,
17:08because I've just said it
17:09to the girls
17:09and I instantly,
17:10even though I were
17:10pulling her beard
17:11there in the kitchen,
17:12it struck me
17:12as someone that's more like,
17:14this is,
17:15don't come at me
17:16when I come with my theory,
17:16but it strikes me
17:17as someone that's more guilty
17:18as opposed to thinking like,
17:20shit,
17:20who done it?
17:21In front of everyone,
17:21she's put me on blast,
17:22so I get me back up
17:23straight away
17:23and I'm that type of person,
17:25especially if I know
17:26I'm in the right.
17:26I think it's you.
17:27I really do think it's you.
17:28Well,
17:28that's fine,
17:29yeah,
17:29but why didn't you bring it before?
17:30If I was a traitor
17:31from the start,
17:32why would I went after
17:33Eamon so much?
17:34Because you've kept,
17:35in my opinion,
17:36the lesser alpha males.
17:37Well,
17:38that's completely wrong.
17:39Why would I go,
17:39I was cruising,
17:40my name's never been brought up.
17:41Exactly.
17:42So you could look at me
17:43and say you are 100% a faithful.
17:45I can look at you right now
17:46and say 100%
17:47I have always been a faithful.
17:48This is a great traitor move.
17:50You don't want to fall out with me.
17:52And if I am murdered
17:52in plain sight,
17:53everyone now knows
17:54my points on you.
17:55So I'm really watching Ben now.
17:57If looks could kill.
17:59That is so funny.
18:00Why were you so convinced
18:03it was Ben
18:03apart from his evil little beard?
18:05Oh God,
18:06I don't know.
18:07I think it goes back
18:08to the very start
18:09when I met Ben.
18:11Ben had said
18:12he was an army man
18:14for Oleg Nahehring.
18:15And I just went,
18:16no,
18:17I dated an army man.
18:18That is it.
18:18You are finally able to speak.
18:21Well,
18:22let's take a look
18:22at the moment you find out
18:23who the traitors really are.
18:25Okay.
18:26This is actually
18:27so uniracking.
18:30I knew it.
18:33So the first traitor
18:34is Nick.
18:36I knew it.
18:37I said if it was Nick,
18:38he is the puppet master.
18:41No.
18:44Poddy.
18:45Suits me though.
18:46He was keeping me in
18:47because I was saying
18:48he was like my dad
18:48and I was supporting him.
18:50My heart's a little bit broken
18:51that I was wrong about Ben.
18:52Sorry Ben.
18:53Sorry.
18:54Nick and Poddy.
18:56Wow.
18:57Nick cursed you
18:59with a hug.
19:00The dirty article.
19:02I'm trying to think
19:03when he hugged me.
19:04No.
19:05I have no idea
19:05when we hugged.
19:06I was convinced
19:07it was because
19:08I was first into the kitchen
19:10with the food.
19:11I'm so glad
19:11that wasn't the reason as well.
19:13But I can't remember
19:14when he hugged me.
19:15Genuinely.
19:18That's brilliant.
19:19He played a good game
19:20didn't he?
19:20He did, yeah.
19:21He definitely went
19:22under the radar
19:23for me personally.
19:24I didn't suspect him
19:26and if I did
19:26it would have been a niggle
19:27that I didn't follow up on.
19:29So even when everyone
19:30was kind of going for Poddy
19:31you were just like
19:32no he can't be Poddy.
19:33At the very start
19:34when it was Eamon
19:36and Caitlin
19:37and Poddy
19:37having an argument
19:38at the round table
19:39I do remember
19:41a very very mild part of me
19:43in the back of my head
19:43said oh
19:44I don't know
19:45is that kind of something
19:46the three of them
19:47are doing it together
19:48and then the other part of me
19:48went
19:49they're attacking an old man.
19:50Like give him a load.
19:52I'm glad that plan worked.
19:53So it did work to your advantage.
19:56Well Poddy's banishment
19:57means that Nick
19:58needs to recruit
19:59another traitor
20:00over to the dark side
20:01and I'm going to go out
20:02on a limb here
20:03and say that I think
20:04Nick might already
20:06have a special bond
20:07with one player
20:08in particular.
20:13I'm so close
20:14to Nick in here
20:15that's my thought
20:16on every breakfast
20:18is he going to be there.
20:19There's no denying
20:22Ben is
20:23my best mate in here
20:25he's had my back
20:26I don't know how many times.
20:27I do kind of think
20:28the way he thinks.
20:31The greatest Irish bromance
20:32since Zig met Zag
20:33what do we think
20:34is Ben
20:35the obvious choice
20:36for him to recruit?
20:37I thought Ben
20:38might be the choice
20:39because time was also
20:40running out.
20:41Yeah.
20:42Much more
20:42if he brought somebody else
20:43up there
20:44and they weren't
20:44banished at the table
20:46he was never going to get
20:47Ben up.
20:48It's falling
20:49in line
20:49with the bromance.
20:51I would like
20:52to see him recruit
20:53a female
20:53probably Faye
20:55because Faye
20:56would definitely be
20:57she definitely
20:58would be good
20:58you know
20:59I did have my suspicions
21:00in the last day or two
21:02with her
21:02just with the way
21:03things were going
21:04so it would be
21:05a good move
21:06to pick her.
21:07I think
21:08Ben trusts Nick
21:09absolutely at this point
21:11so there's no need
21:12for him to recruit
21:13him as a trainer.
21:14I think
21:14I think you're right
21:15I think Vanessa
21:16Faye are a better one
21:17I think Faye more so
21:18because she was
21:19in the coffin
21:19as well
21:20and I think
21:21there's a lot of
21:21like in a lot
21:22of the other versions
21:22like the traitors
21:23will put themselves
21:24into your death row
21:25or your dungeons
21:26or whatever it is
21:27so she looks guilty
21:28already
21:28and she looked
21:29like you thought
21:30she was guilty
21:30like during the task
21:31and you were close to her
21:33like
21:33and that feeling
21:35still haunts me
21:36more than
21:36laying in a box
21:37because you do
21:39naturally build
21:40bands with people
21:40I mean
21:40I even said that
21:41with you
21:41I was like
21:42oh you're so like
21:42my dad
21:43and you know
21:43what a lot of the
21:44viewers won't see
21:45is that even
21:45when we were having
21:46our lunch
21:46I was always
21:47giving Pauly my crisps
21:48because it was like
21:49do you know
21:49Pauly was eating
21:50and you know
21:50the way to a man's
21:52heart is in the stomach
21:53so he was going to
21:54keep me
21:54because I gave him crisps
21:55it sounds like
21:56you're talking
21:57about a dog
21:58was he under
22:00the table
22:02Pauly
22:04you seemed to
22:05really enjoy
22:06the grub
22:06in the castle
22:07you were just
22:08constantly
22:08munching on something
22:09the house
22:15had to take
22:15tea and sandwiches
22:17awake
22:18wouldn't be awake
22:19without it
22:20tea and sandwiches
22:20was that a tactic
22:26to always be
22:27kind of munching
22:28on something
22:28because it kind of
22:29gives you time to
22:30think
22:30it may have been
22:31a nervous
22:31kind of a thing
22:32it may have been
22:32I don't know
22:33I didn't realise
22:34and I will tell you
22:36I wasn't eating
22:37I genuinely
22:38couldn't eat the
22:38breakfast
22:39I think
22:40I ate a croissant
22:41one morning
22:42I ate the whole
22:43croissant
22:43instead of just
22:44picking it
22:44at the breakfast table
22:45because every
22:46breakfast table
22:47was you know
22:49I didn't know
22:50getting into a
22:51concert
22:51I mean Jesus
22:52I was coming
22:52back in from
22:53McConnaclave
22:53and I didn't
22:54have you know
22:54I was stuttering
22:55my P's and Q's
22:56stomach wasn't it
22:57it was
22:58and genuinely
22:59I know for a fact
23:01I gave 30 years
23:02into prison service
23:03I believe in my
23:04heart and soul
23:05now I was never
23:06stressed
23:06because I was
23:07stressed those two
23:08weeks
23:08my God
23:09was I stressed
23:10that's a fact
23:11and then in the
23:12opposite I would
23:12say I actually
23:13found it like a
23:14holiday
23:14oh my God
23:17regardless
23:17of being afraid
23:18for you
23:19it was just
23:20you know
23:20I didn't have
23:21to cook
23:22I didn't have
23:23to clean
23:23I didn't have
23:24to drive a car
23:24I didn't have
23:25to be a mom
23:25I was just
23:26I was just
23:27listening to 22
23:28people just
23:29being deluded
23:30deluded about
23:31each other
23:31you know
23:31saying I think
23:32it's you
23:32I think it's
23:33you
23:33and it's just
23:33like I'm just
23:34getting a holiday
23:35you are describing
23:36a very big hen
23:37party basically
23:38yes
23:38literally
