Delhi. Delhi Police have removed the tent set up at the blast site. This has allowed traffic and people to move freely. This road connects the busiest markets including Chandni Chowk and Bhagirath Palace. It has now been fully reopened by Delhi Police. OneIndia Exclusive Report from the blast site.

00:00This is the blast site where the blast happened in Delhi on November 10th, Monday,
00:04and you would see the marks, the ricochet marks there on the concrete structures
00:10being put as divider for the roads.
00:12PWD also marked there, Public Works Department, that shows the intensity of the blast,
00:17obviously, could be seen laterally also, but the kind of fire that engulfed after that,
00:23the kind of the wreckage that we saw obviously shows the intensity of the situation from this blast site
00:31to that temple that you see, that is roughly 80 to 100 meters from here.
00:38The debris, the body parts flew even beyond that temple complex.
00:43So you could imagine the intensity of the blast so much so that inside the Chandi Chauk area,
00:49beneath the beneath this road is the Delhi Metro.
00:53And the footages that we have seen now, that even the travelers, the shopkeepers beneath this place
01:02were also shaken, let alone the people of this Chandi Chauk area,
01:07which houses lots of shops and shanties also, which has now been redeveloped.
01:14So this tells the story of the intensity of the blast.
01:18Now that this place has been thrown open, general public has started to apply on this.
01:22But on the other side, the traffic vehicular movement has not been started as of now.
01:26So you can see people recording it from their mobile phones.
01:30Delhi police team asking them to make way now,
01:33because see the barriers are being removed from that side also.
01:35It means the other side of the road would also be thrown open just now.
01:39Delhi police officials, rapid action force personnel,
01:41they are all standing here to make sure that the traffic movement is unhindered
01:48and that there is no issue with the ease of a movement of the traffic.
01:55This is the scenario here.
01:56Standing here at this place and reporting on the intensity of the blast,
02:00on the impact of the blast, so many lives lost,
02:04the families have been shaken, the families are destroyed.
02:08One thing is for sure that to counter these
02:11Dastardly acts, we need to work in cohesion.
02:16The security agencies are doing their job,
02:19but all across they have now put loudspeakers like that.
02:22If you see on this poll, there is a loudspeaker
02:24and on all the four sides, Delhi police has put up those loudspeakers
02:29and they are appealing to the general public.
02:33The announcement is made in Hindi that you should cooperate with us.
02:37You share the information with us and then only we can keep you safe.
02:41A fervent appeal from the Delhi police
02:43for all the residents of this old city and for the Delhiites also.
02:49This place obviously is going down in the history books.
02:53A crater was not created for sure,
02:54but on this hard tar pitch road,
02:59if this is the marks that the blast has left
03:02right from those areas also,
03:05then you could imagine the intensity of the blast.
03:08This is Pankaj Mishra reporting from the blast site
03:11in New Delhi with camera person Imran Shah.
