00:04Seattle's mayoral election was a nail-biter, but the final count left 43-year-old Katie Wilson on top.

00:25periodically send her a check to help her pay the $2,200-a-month bill for child care for her two-year-old.
00:32Wilson, who moved to Seattle in her 20s, admitted that she left college,
00:36she attended Oxford, six weeks before graduation, but debt-free thanks again to her parents.
00:43Wilson ran on a platform that includes city-run grocery stores and taxing the rich.
