00:00Happy Election Day to all who are over 18 and can legally vote.

00:04Here in New York, there's record-breaking turnout for a mayoral race,

00:08and maybe that's not a surprise given the stakes.

00:10Democratic Socialist Zoram Mamdani remains the frontrunner,

00:14but President Trump tried to change that Monday night, writing on Truth Social,

00:17quote,

00:18A vote for Curtis Sliwa, who looks much better without the beret, is a vote for Mamdani.

00:23Whether you personally like Andrew Cuomo or not, you really have no choice.

00:27You must vote for him and hope he does a fantastic job.

00:31Okay, I don't know if we would call that a ringing endorsement, but the man has a point.

00:36The beret really does have to go.

00:38Now, early voting data suggests a large turnout in the youth vote,

00:42and that's likely good news for Mamdani,

00:44given that they came out in droves to vote for him in the primary earlier this year.

00:49But if Mamdani does pull off his historic victory,

00:52a new survey suggests that hundreds of thousands of New Yorkers will flee.

00:55Maybe they'll head across the river to New Jersey,

00:58where the governor's race in the Garden State seems to be anyone's bet.

01:02Republican Jack Cittarelli's campaign is banking on polls undercounting the Republican vote,

01:06hoping that that means his campaign will have a very good election night.

01:10However, polls still show Democrat Mikey Sherrill with a whisker of a lead.

01:15Now, President Trump is pouring money into the get-out-the-vote effort in the Garden State

01:18and in Virginia, where he hasn't officially endorsed Republican Winsome Earl Sears.

01:24When asked about that, one GOP operative told the Post,

01:27quote, Trump doesn't endorse losers.

01:31Tell us how you really feel.

01:33Winsome? Lose some?

01:34He's betting.

01:35Gonna lose some.

01:36Politics is a dirty game, my friends.

01:38Now, as it stands, the only thing we can do right now is to get out and vote.
