00:00Good morning, New York.
00:07Last night, we made history.
00:10I'm so proud to be standing here today as the mayor-elect of the greatest city in the world.
00:16Over two million New Yorkers cast their ballots.
00:20Whether they were the more than million who supported this campaign,
00:25or the others who supported someone else,
00:28or whether they felt too disappointed by the political process to participate at all,
00:33I will work every day to honor the trust that I now hold.
00:37The hard work of improving New Yorkers' lives starts now.
00:42That process begins with transition.
00:45In the coming months, I and my team will build a City Hall
00:49capable of delivering on the promises of this campaign.
00:53We will form an administration that is in equal parts capable and compassionate,
00:59driven by integrity, and willing to work just as hard as the millions of New Yorkers who call this city home.
01:06We will cast a wide net.
01:08We will speak to the organizers on the front lines of the fight to improve our city,
01:12government veterans with proven track records, policy experts from around the country and the world,
01:18working people who know better than anyone what their neighborhoods need.
01:23Throughout this campaign, I have worked hard to be accessible and transparent with New Yorkers.
01:28That same spirit will animate this transition and the City Hall we build.
01:33All right.
01:54All right.
01:56All right.
