00:26In his welcoming address, Star Media Group Group Chief Executive Officer Chan Seng Phat said real estate professionals did more
00:35than facilitate transactions.
00:37As the real estate industry evolves, the strength depends on professionals who combine market knowledge with sound judgment, embrace innovation
00:47and remain worthy of their client confidence.
00:50This year's awards recognized achievements across 21 categories and 31 subcategories, with 96 recipients.
01:02IQI Realty emerged as the biggest winner, taking home 29 awards across agency and negotiator categories.
01:10Its accolades included the All Stars Award in the Mega category, the Developer Preferred Award for agencies recording 1 billion
01:19ringgit and above in sales, and the Sub Sale Award for value,
01:23and also regional recognition for the Pearl of the North, Jade of the South, Diamond of the Central Region, Sapphire
01:31of Borneo and Emerald of the East Awards.
01:34Other accolades included the Best Digital Marketing Award, Best Technology Award, and Reader's Choice Award, as well as Star Property
01:43Millionaire Masters Award for its negotiator, Paul Lim.
01:47The next is I'll become a better version of me and build a multi-million dollar globe.
01:53IEX Realty Agency followed with 16 awards, including the Medium Category of the All Stars Award, Developer Preferred Award for
02:03agencies with 1 billion ringgit and above in sales, and Residential Agency of the Year Award.
02:09Its negotiators also performed strongly, with Andy Yong, Kai Jia Chong, Brian Chen, and Alexander Teotai Kun receiving the Millionaire
02:19Masters Award.
02:21I think I'm going to start to empower more and more people to win this award, because as the saying
02:25goes by,
02:26if you want to go fast, you go alone. So now that I've achieved it, I want to go fast.
02:30So hopefully there's more joining me together.
02:33So for me, I would like to focus on helping my team members from now on, because what I've achieved
02:38now is my personal achievement.
02:39But I also want to help my team member to achieve what I achieved today, so they can, you know,
02:44earn more and be more successful in this industry.
02:46Millionaire is just a starting for us. I want to build more millionaires in my group. This is what I'm
02:52going to achieve.
02:53In future, I want more people standing in the stage compared to me, earning more than me. This is what
03:01I'm going to achieve soon.
03:02So my next target to achieve is actually to build my team members in IEX to maybe to try to
03:10get their Millionaire Masters achieving.
03:13The final Star Property Millionaire Masters award went to Daniel Chien Hien Thi from Propnext Realty for raking in one
03:22million ringgit in sales.
03:24First million proof was the possibility. Next chapter proves it's repeatable, scalable and sustainable.
03:31So my goal is very simple, is to do a business that can grow beyond me and also meantime, create
03:37opportunity for my friends, my close ones and also people around me.
03:40Among the other notable winners was Eric Lim Chin Heng from Hartamas Real Estate, who received the Chief Executive of
03:48the Year award at the excellence level.
03:50So I think I'm passionate, right? And with this award, I think I'm always passionate to motivate and also to
03:58create opportunity and develop talents, right?
04:02So this award, I think it will motivate further for me to contribute more to the profession and also to
04:07inspire new and young registered professionals.
