00:05She had access to the books before. She even went into government.
00:09After her first budget, she said she'd balance the books.
00:12She said that she would keep public spending under control and not come back with either taxes or borrowing.
00:17It's all very well for the Chancellor to blame everybody since the dinosaurs.
00:22The reality is she hasn't got control of public spending and her party won't support the welfare reform that we need.
00:29That's the only way to avoid continuing to spend more.
