00:00Well, the issue on Send Education, as I understand it, isn't where the budget sits.
00:04It's the fact that it appears the Chancellor has not made provision for that vital spending in her budget this week.
00:11So it's one of those budgets that day by day, as the detail comes to light, looks worse and worse.
00:16I've got the same on business rates, which is a stealth tax on British pubs and shops and high streets.
00:23And we're seeing the same thing on Send.
00:25So it's a question of the Chancellor's sums not adding up, not just which pocket the budget sits in.
