00:05meaning that when she said last year that she wasn't coming back for more and that she had wiped the slate clean,
00:12that she was not telling the truth.
00:13So the problem is of all the Chancellor's own making, and what she really should be doing is rather than trying to put more taxes on working people,
00:22she should be looking to bring down welfare and public spending.
00:25It doesn't look like she's going to do that. It looks like she's going to look to appease Labour-backed benches.
00:30We've had a whole summer of complete briefings by one side against the other in the Labour Party,
00:35and unfortunately today's budget is the British public. They're going to pay the cut price.
