00:00I think we've seen quite a lot of speculation about the budget and I think
00:04it's probably best that we just wait and see what the Chancellor actually does.
00:07It is important that we stick to our manifesto and the promises we made to
00:12people at the last election. We're rebuilding our economy, rebuilding our
00:15public services. We've also got to rebuild trust in politics. It's not easy,
00:19there are loads of challenges around, particularly in the public finances, but
00:23the Chancellor will make the decisions she believes are in the long-term
