00:21They involve £47 billion of spending cuts. That would negate the need for the chancellor to put up taxes.
00:30And the folly of her first budget where she put up taxes is that it reduced economic growth in the long term.
00:36It won't raise any more money. This is the government that continues to attack business that creates the wealth through things like their unemployment bill.
00:43There are plenty of different choices the chancellor can take. She should take those.
