00:00But let me remind you, we anchor holes. We anchor holes. Health care close to home. I mentioned, I commissioned the Scarborough Hospital. Right now, Scarborough Hospital remains the island's center of care.
00:15I'm advised by my Minister of Health that the cardiac cath lab is being recommissioned. And that's a very important cath lab to have on the island. The Government of India has promised us some sea ambulances. I'm still awaiting them. But I know you'll be very happy that your loved ones here fall ill, that we will have the sea ambulance right away to take them across and bring them back. So I look forward to that happening.
00:42Passat Bisesa said the long-standing localized Tobago police force is on the horizon.
00:48Public safety and security. TT5.5 million is being invested in Tobago's safety network to start with. A new mounted and canine branch is being built at Chiven Hall. And the anti-crime unit at Old Grange is being upgraded. The Mount St. George Police Youth Club, I'm told, is being refurbished.
01:09Defense and Coast Guard facilities and the Crown Point Fire Station are being modernized. Meanwhile, meanwhile, my government supports the idea of there being a localized police force in Tobago.
01:23In the same way that all municipal corporations in Trinidad benefit from such arrangements.
01:36I'm advised when the Commissioner of Police and the Chief Secretary discussed this matter with the Commissioner when he was recently on the island, we will work with you to give you your own police unit here.
01:48She referred to a story carried by TV6 News on Monday night, where one resident complained about his water supply.
01:57Power, water, and infrastructure. We came in last night. And on the news last night, I'm told, some persons in Tobago were being interviewed by media, of course, asking, what would you like most?
02:12You know what many said? Do you have any idea? It was water. Of course, there weren't many other things. But one of the priorities was water. Water. Water is life. Water is life.
02:28A desalination plant for the people of Charlotteville was also announced.
02:56In addition to a review of the Cove power plant. Elizabeth Williams, TV6 News.
