00:14a rich history and going around the country and and just trying to play my best and keep that
00:22that flag held high of like you know there's a certain responsibility and a certain amount of
00:29quality to uphold and I take that very very seriously man it's it's such a it's a privilege
00:37to be a part of this music scene in Detroit and take that music on the road yeah even if you look
00:43like you should be in a Cheech and Chong movie Mike what do you say we're so we're so proud of Detroit
00:54and it's such a cool conversation starter too because we are we are repping it as much as we
00:59possibly can so I think a lot of people have um really cool experiences with something that they
01:05love from Detroit so and we love talking about that we were in New Jersey and um some dudes started
01:12talking uh we were we were getting interviewed and the uh the host started talking about rare earth
01:18and we got a little tangent on that and we can just go in these wormholes with with people about
01:23our big influences that came from you that all hailed from here and it's it's a beautiful thing
01:28and um yeah we love this city man it's uh 30 years though for you that's that's special yeah it's kind
01:34of wild yeah but you know what like like as in Detroit you guys are pretty much a no frills band just
