In this video, Natalie teaches you how to make this pierogi sausage sheet pan dinner recipe, a flavorful, filling comfort dinner you can whip up any day of the week. Make life easier by buying store-bought frozen pierogies to throw in the oven with chopped cabbage, onions, and kielbasa sausage. Homemade vinaigrette and sour cream and fresh dill as a dip complete this simple and quick dinner.

00:00This may be the easiest you pan dinner I've ever made.
00:02Mmm.
00:03Cut your cabbage in half, remove the core,
00:04and then slice it up.
00:05Take one medium yellow onion.
00:08We're gonna need a bigger bowl.
00:10Half a cup of olive oil, some salt, some black pepper.
00:13Toss this together.
00:14Line your baking sheet with some foil.
00:15Pour the onion and cabbage mixture onto your baking sheet.
00:18Using the same bowl, dump out your pierogies.
00:20Go in with a little bit more oil, a little bit of salt,
00:22a little bit more pepper, and give those a toss.
00:24Layer the pierogi on top of your cabbage.
00:26Slice up some kielbasa and add it to the pan.
00:27I'm adding some paprika and a little Cajun seasoning.
00:30We're gonna bake this at 400 for about 20 minutes.
00:32After it's been in the oven, you're gonna stir the cabbage
00:33and flip your pierogi.
00:34Put the pierogi back into the oven
00:36for another 20 to 30 minutes.
00:37We're going in with about two tablespoons of red wine vinegar,
00:40two tablespoons of Dijon mustard, two teaspoons of honey.
00:42I'm using garlic powder.
00:43You could use a fresh clove of garlic if you want.
00:45A little salt and a little pepper.
00:46And a fourth a cup of oil and give it a whisk.
00:48And we're just drizzling it right on top.
00:49We're gonna garnish it with a little bit of fresh parsley.
00:52And then we're gonna serve this
00:53with a little sour cream and fresh dill.
00:55Not only is it easy, it's filling, it's flavorful.
01:00The best part is you can use the three core ingredients
01:02and then you could make whatever dressing you want.
