Nicole’s discovered a new way to cook sweet potatoes, and it might be the best way! In this video, she shows you that cooking halved sweet potatoes facedown gives them a taste and texture that can’t be beat. Coated with olive oil, salt, and pepper, roasting the sweet potatoes facedown in the oven caramelizes the natural sugars on top of each potato.
