00:00You had me with dump and bake, but you kept me with how good it is.
00:02I'm honestly shocked how good this is with so few ingredients and being so easy.
00:06To make it, whisk a jar of marinara and a jar of alfredo sauce with water in a bowl.
00:11Add fettuccine to the bottom of a baking dish,
00:13drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and toss until coated.
00:16Pour the sauce mixture over the fettuccine, tossing gently, and cover with foil.
00:20Bake it 400 degrees for 50 minutes, stirring halfway through.
00:23Stir in half your mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
00:25At this point, if you wanted to add some protein,
00:27you can store in some cooked crumbled Italian sausage or some shredded rotisserie chicken.
00:32We've tried it with the Italian sausage and we loved it.
00:34Sprinkle with the rest of your mozzarella and parmesan and place under a broiler
00:38until the cheese is melted and lightly browned. Garnish with parsley.
00:41The first time I tried this one, I thought for sure it would need more seasoning or something,
00:45but the flavor is great and the instructions are spot on.
00:48Delicious exactly as written. Add this to your easy weeknight meal list.
