00:00Welcome to the video from the Auto Magazine Tuning Blog.
00:03Today we're talking about the new Motoxi Stevio, a travel enduro that's not just made for alpine mountain passes.
00:12With this machine, Motoxi makes an impressive return to the upper mid-range segment,
00:17bringing a modern motorcycle with a sporty character and extensive technical equipment to the road.
00:24The new Stevio is technically based on the V100 Mandelo and adopts its engine,
00:29a liquid-cooled V2 with a displacement of 1042 cc, which delivers an output of 115 horsepower.
00:38The unit has a brand-typical 90-degrees cylinder angle and is installed longitudinally,
00:44which is also visually evident from the cylinder covers protruding from under the tank on both sides.
00:50Maximum torque is at 6,500 rpm. Full power is achieved at 8,700 rpm.
00:57The engine turns up to 9,500 rpm, which underlines its sporty nature.
01:04Compared to its predecessor, the new Stevio is almost 40 kg lighter, which has a positive effect on the handling.
01:12The swingarm has been made more robust.
01:14The front wheel now measures 19 inches instead of 17 inches and the suspension travel is an impressive 17 cm.
01:21This can be adjusted in terms of both rebound damping and preload,
01:26which ensures a high level of adaptability to different riding conditions.
01:30The radial brake system from Brembo with monoblock 4 piston calipers and the integrated 6 sensor enable precise control of abs and traction control,
01:42even when leaning.
01:44A clear sign of an all-round successful chassis.
01:48The Stevio also impresses in terms of ergonomics.
01:50The seat height is 0.83 meters, which allows many riders to mount safely and handle well when stationary.
02:01The ride comfort is high thanks to the large two-part seat and even longer distances can be mastered without any problems.
02:08The wind protection is excellent thanks to the electrically adjustable windshield.
02:12A feature that is rarely found in this class.
02:15The 21-liter tank, which, combined with moderate fuel consumption, allows a range of at least 350 km, also speaks for itself for long distances.
02:28The 6-speed transmission shifts easily and precisely, supported by a well-tuned clutch.
02:35Those who want even more comfort can order a quickshifter for clutchless gear changes at an additional cost.
02:41The electronics also leave nothing to be desired.
02:45LED lights all around, a clearly legible 5-inch color display and an optional assistance package that is second to none.
02:53For an additional charge of around âŹ800, there is a radar-based system called PFF that offers warning,
02:59front collision warning, lane change assistant and adaptive cruise control.
03:04The latter costs extra, and exact price is still pending.
03:07The price of the new MotoGucci Stevio is around âŹ16,500 and is therefore quite reasonable for a touring enduro with this level of equipment.
03:20It offers riding pleasure, comfort and technology at a high level,
03:24all with a distinctive, sporty Italian character that sets it apart from the competition.
