Der neue Kia Sportage 2026 startet in Europa mit Ăźberarbeitetem Design, modernen Technikfeatures und einer erweiterten Auswahl an Antrieben. Das markante LED-Tagfahrlicht, neue StoĂfänger und frische Felgendesigns machen optisch einiges her. Die Länge wächst auf 4,5 Meter â und auch im Innenraum gibt es Neuerungen: Ein modernes Zweispeichenlenkrad, neue Sitzmaterialien sowie das aktuelle âConnected Car Navigation Cockpitâ mit zwei 12,3-Zoll-Bildschirmen schaffen ein hochwertiges Fahrerlebnis.
Kia integriert kabelloses Android Auto und Apple CarPlay sowie einen KI-Sprachassistenten. Dank LG webOS sind Streaming-Apps wie YouTube, Netflix und Disney+ mit an Bord. Fßr Konnektivität sorgt ein optionaler WLAN-Hotspot. Auch Komfortfunktionen wie Digital Key 2.0, Head-up-Display oder eine 360°-Kamera mit 3D-Sicht sind optional erhältlich.
Motorseitig reicht die Palette vom 1.6 T-GDI Benziner mit 150 oder 180 PS, ßber den Mildhybrid-Diesel mit 136 PS, bis hin zum Vollhybrid mit 239 PS und dem neuen Plug-in Hybrid mit 288 PS. Letzterer ist erstmals auch mit Frontantrieb erhältlich. Preise sind noch offen, erwartet werden etwa 30.000 ⏠fßr den Benziner, rund 35.000 ⏠fßr den Hybrid und ca. 42.000 ⏠fßr den Plug-in Hybrid. Der Verkaufsstart beginnt im Juli, der Hybrid folgt im Oktober, der Plug-in Hybrid zum Jahresende.

00:23The new sports car will continue to be produced in Galena, Slovakia, and orders are getting closer.
00:33Deliveries will begin in mid-July, initially for the petrol and diesel engines.
00:37The hybrid will follow in October, with the plug-in hybrid towards the end of the year.
00:43Visually, the sports car features an advanced design language called Opposites United.
00:48Particularly striking is the new LED daytime running light signature,
00:52complemented by modified bumpers at the front and rear.
00:56The front overhang has been slightly extended, increasing the overall length of the vehicle to around 4.5 meters.
01:03New rim designs in sizes between around 17 and 19 inches, depending on the equipment, round off the exterior appearance.
01:12Even with a bike rack on the roof, the compact SUV still looks harmonious and modern.

03:37The full hybrid delivers 89 horsepower, while the plug-in hybrid is the most powerful model with an impressive 288 horsepower.
03:48The electrified variants in particular benefit from a new 6-speed automatic transmission, which is now included as standard.
03:54The conventional petrol and diesel engines are available with a choice of a manual 6-speed transmission or a dual-clutch transmission, with the more powerful petrol engine only being available with the latter.
04:08Depending on the variant, there is front-wheel or all-wheel drive.
04:11What's new is that the plug-in hybrid is also available with pure front-wheel drive for the first time.
04:17The range is also being expanded to include a new entry-level hybrid variant, which should be attractively priced.
04:25Kia has not yet announced exact prices for Europe.
04:29However, based on the previous model, entry-level prices of around âŹ30,000 can be expected for the petrol version.
04:36The hybrid is likely to cost around âŹ35,000, and the plug-in hybrid around âŹ42,000.
