00:17The Lexus Alex Surf Concept is a truly unique vehicle and was specially designed for the ultimate beach lifestyle.
00:22The concept car was unveiled at a World Surf League event and offers a mix of innovation and performance.
00:33The body is finished in a matte blue, combined with a white roof and black accents.
00:39Particularly striking is the custom-made ExoCage, which gives the SUV an extremely robust look.
00:45At the rear, there is an illuminated ladder that makes access to the roof rack easier.
00:50The 20-inch special wheels with 33-inch all-terrain tires ensure a befitting appearance.
00:59The interior is luxurious with both leather seats and all the comfort you would expect from a high-end SUV.
01:06But the really exciting thing happens in the cargo area.
01:10Lexus has created a little paradise for surfers here.
01:14This includes a pull-out floor, practical storage compartments and a special holder for the surfboard.
01:20There's also a waxing table, an artificial turf mat for changing and a Dometic cooler.
01:28Lexus hasn't revealed the power output of this concept, but the regular 2025 Lexus LX starts at around 106,850 euros.
01:36It's powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.4-liter V6 that delivers 415 horsepower and 649 newton-meters of torque.
01:49Power is sent to a permanent all-wheel drive system via a 10-speed automatic transmission.
01:54Visually, the surf concept could easily be a leftover SEMA show car.
02:00But in reality, it celebrates the expanded partnership between Lexus and the World Surf League.
02:06As part of the collaboration, Lexus will be the title sponsor of several events this year,
02:11including the Bussle Awards, the Pipe Pro, the Trussell Pro, the U.S. Open of Surfing and the WSL Finals.
