00:00At the beginning, you're sort of like, what's going on?
00:02You want to understand, you're annoyed.
00:03And now I think that people just like accepted what's happening.
00:06And at least we know now what's going on.
00:08Flights come to a standstill throughout Europe as authorities look into a cyber attack.
00:15Authorities at London's Heathrow Airport say a technical issue affected the service provider
00:19that runs check-in and boarding systems.
00:22Brussels also reports only manual check-ins.
00:25In Berlin, authorities at Brandenburg Airport say the service provider
00:28for passenger handling systems was attacked on Friday evening.
00:31The outage prompted airport operators to cut off connections to the systems.
00:35U.S. company Collins provides the technology that allows passengers to check in,
00:40provide boarding passes, and bag their luggage from a kiosk.

01:02which has been little or nothing.
01:04Not all major European airports are affected.
