00:03Here's your spooky spot on the Prime Glowberry, naturally-flavored hydration drink.
00:08I see hydration, and I think right away that that's a word that just got made up.
00:32This isn't a just-made-up flavor from Prime, or maybe it is just for this month.
00:36It's the Prime Glowberry, naturally-flavored, that I found at my local Showcase store.
00:41Showcase originally was known as As Seen on TV, but I guess they felt the need to change the name
00:45because maybe nobody in their right mind is watching live TV anymore.
00:48TV shows now to movies are all being done through streaming service platforms, of course, at a hiked-up price.
00:54Hiking up prices, now I segue myself over to Showcase, a notorious store for selling things at an inflated price.
01:01If you like small appliances that you'd see on TV, food dehydrators, air fryers, and waterfalls that have lights flashing behind them,
01:09you'll find them all at Showcase.
01:11What's cool, though, about Showcase, not that it's really cool, you walk into the store and right away,
01:16you only have breathed one breath before the person at the counter has said,
01:20hey, if you buy three items, three items today, which is basically every day, you would then get the fourth for free.
01:27Anyway, well, again, if you start to kind of look along on the shelves and you look at the different things that they have available,
01:31you'll realize that everything is marked up considerably high.
01:36I'm not really sure, though, if this was marked up considerably high.
01:38I mean, I paid, I think this was about $7, and then they asked for my phone number,
01:43to which then I replied, why do you need my phone number?
01:46And he said, well, if I have you on file, I can mark you down the price.
01:49I think it was marked then down to $6, but then I looked at my receipt afterwards.
01:53I think he still, I think he charged me the $7 for this.
01:57$7 seems a little on the tad high side.
02:00It is a hydration drink.
02:02I don't need to maybe backpedal my way back to what I said at the beginning of this review.
02:06When you're trick-or-treating, unless you are trick-or-treating at ages 14 and up,
02:10would probably be then the only time that you should be really then drinking Prime.
02:14I think Prime is only really good for ages 14 and up.
02:17The little ins, walking from door to door, asking for candy, asking for treats,
02:21not likely would be wanting to be drinking Prime because it's not good for kids under 14 years of age.
02:26It's a supplemental drink, according to Health Canada, up at the top corner, and it's 500 milliliters.
02:32If I'm looking, though, at this, one of the main reasons, actually, why this caught my peepers,
02:36was it did have sort of a spooky look to it, like something you'd expect to see from Sleepy Hollow,
02:41the Headless Horseman maybe in the background here.
02:43It's also called Glowberry.
02:44I don't think, though, that necessarily that the liquid is glowing inside.
02:48But if you look, though, at the side, it does have generally good ingredients.
02:5210% coconut water, B vitamins, antioxidants, and 835 milligrams of electrolytes.

03:05Now, Prime usually is also known for doing energy drinks.
03:08I think I may have had one Prime energy drink in my day.
03:10I find, generally, the flavors of Prime are pretty good, and while this may not necessarily be an energy drink and more a supplemental drink,
03:18I think, though, the flavor of this will probably be quite good.
03:21Logan Paul, I think, is pretty good when it comes to his drinks.
03:24He's actually quite a good wrestler, too.
03:26If you look on the top, though, it does say that Prime was developed to fill the void,
03:31where great taste meets function with bold, thirst-quenching...
03:34I'm just salivating with the idea of saying thirst-quenching flavors to help you refresh.
03:39We're confident you'll love it as much as we do.
03:42Humbly, the Prime team.
03:44As for the actual ingredients, if you're looking at this, they're not scary at all.
03:48Yeah, the sugars, though, are 2 grams.
03:50That's pretty easy to accommodate.
03:53Also, sodium, 15 milligrams, not bad either.
03:55That's only 1% of your daily intake.
03:57When you get, though, to the vitamin Bs, B6, B12,
04:00you're getting 176, 176% and 208% of vitamin B12.
04:07Vitamin E is also there as well at 100% of your daily intake.
04:11Magnesium, 30%.
04:12Potassium, potassium, 21%.
04:15Why I did say, though, not recommended for ages 14,
04:18it actually says right here,
04:19caution, not recommended for those under 14 years old.
04:23Do not drink on the same day as any other supplement foods or supplements
04:26but the same supplemental ingredients.
04:29Do not drink more than one, more than one of these.
04:33And then, of course, it also does say,
04:34well, the rest of it all is in French.
04:37The ingredients that I can at least understand,
04:39there's water, coconut water from concentrate,
04:41citric acid, and then there's things that, like, I don't know,
04:44dipotassium phosphate, not sure really what that is,
04:47magnesium citrate, and it also does have sucralose.
04:51So, you know, sucralose, not really the greatest of things.
04:53It is caffeine-free, though.
04:54So, glow-in-the-dark, charge-in-the-sun.
04:58Not really sure what that means.
04:59It does say, like, a glow-in-the-dark, charge-in-the-sun.
05:01Now, I have not had this sitting in the sun.
05:04I don't know if necessarily that would cause the liquid to glow inside.
05:07I don't know, I don't know about you guys,
05:08but I don't know if I would be fine to drink a drink.

05:12That would be a glowing liquid.
05:14Still, though, let's go ahead and open this up.
05:15I guess we have to shake this up first.
05:20I haven't gotten any other supplements in today,
05:22so this would be ideal for me.
05:23And I don't know, I can't speak for the spooky candle.

06:06The new prime, I think it's new, the prime glow berry,
06:09which, again, has a cool, spooky, forestry, airy.
06:13Let's give this a try and see what it tastes like.

06:28The beginning starts generally sweet.
06:30I would describe it probably like a green, apple-ish flavor mixed with...
06:37No, all of that I can really taste is a very similar flavor to apple.
06:41But then at near the end, it kind of kicks in with a bit of sour, sour punch.
06:47That's a really nice, strong flavor.
06:49Again, it's not necessarily glowing,
06:51so I'm not really sure if this is correct by what they've listed down below here on the label.
06:55But again, I do.
06:56I don't feel like I'm getting any necessary energy, vibes,
06:59anything pumping through my bloodstream right now.
07:02But it's certainly a flavorful flavor.

07:07Well, I say it was available at Showcase.
07:09I would think, though, that this is probably available where any other flavors of prime are.
07:13Convenience stores, general stores, you know, wherever you find prime.

07:28Unless you're 14, 15, I've had near the end of the night,

07:35I know I've met the requirements that Sam's not going to come and stab me when there's lollipop.
07:41But when I generally then go out and start blowing out candles,
07:43that's usually when the 14s and up start trick-or-treating, going door-to-door.
07:48By then, though, at least if you're going to make yourself a costume
07:52or do the job of getting yourself a costume, I don't mind throwing you the treats.
07:56If you're just coming up with your bomber jacket on and a pair of sneakers,
08:00I don't think rightfully so.
08:01I mean, first of all, let's just assume, though, that you're way too old to be trick-or-treating.
08:05But I think if you're not even going to be bothering to put the costume on in the first place,
