00:08time seafarer and the smoke escape or keen to make a splash there's one thing we brits are

00:17all on board with we love cruising i'm gonna change are you changing it british demand for

00:25cruises is higher than ever this is our first cruise together what a sport hoping we're still

00:31speaking at the end of the holiday there's romantic locations and this is just beautiful

00:37breathtaking views bellissimo exciting activities i'm with my friend chilling and treats and tipples

00:46galore cheers that's gorgeous with surprises is acidic yeah and new adventures around every corner

00:56it's odds on oh wow we saw the dolphins it was amazing our fun-loving brits at sea will love the cruise

01:13it's day three of the cruise and traveling with us this week are lovebirds clive and bernie

01:18who have been happily married for 49 years what's the secret clive i think the secret

01:24of a of a long and happy marriage is to actually do great things together well here is the view from

01:30our balcony we tend to just live life as it comes yeah make the most of of every day and just uh try

01:38and have some fun yeah live life with a smile it's the best way wise words clive for the first day of

01:44cruise life they were in cagliari in sardinia wow bellissimo and yesterday they arrived in sicily

01:53where they perfected their pasta making skills come on look at yours okay beautiful yes okay yes that's

01:59it i'm opening my own italian restaurant before bringing out their arty side michael angelo started

02:07somewhere you might you never know he might have eaten started here

02:14also joining us this week are best friends ann and yvonne i knew you'd go for a pint but yeah i would

02:20go for the thing i've been eyeing that pint but i don't believe that for long so yvonne and i have

02:24only been away once before actually on holiday together we went to prague for a winter weekend

02:28yvonne wanted to go to some of the christmas markets and we decided to go and it was the only

02:32reason yvonne's husband later come with me because he thought i was sensible yeah that's true don't

02:37go any further backhand i'm not going to i can't swim i won't begin in don't worry and this is our

02:42first cruise together although we've had one each this will be the first time together maybe not the

02:46last yeah yeah for ann and yvonne it was a cheesy affair in sardinia this cheese is gorgeous yeah this

02:54what are you going to try first you think the cheese cheese yesterday in sicily they were woken up in

03:01the only way italians can cheers mrs cheers very very small very dark strong coffee it was certainly

03:10strong before stretching out in the sicilian sunshine well we end up like you being able to

03:16sit like that at the end which did help when tackling the low bridges on their boat excursion

03:22your head would have been off if you'd have sat up straight this week's cruise started with an

03:34explore of calliary before setting sail to the second destination of sicily their next destination will

03:40be the greek island of kephalonia where the ship will dock in the capital argos tolly but first it's a

03:47day at sea so what if our cruisers got planned for clive and bernie well they're easing into their day

03:55with a bit of brekkie oh fabulous good morning youngster how are you do you want to come through

04:04we're going to have it on the balcony if that's all right if you just get it nearby look at this bernie

04:09and when he came through yeah with the trolley i thought eminny's joining us

04:18that's it that's me and you're

04:23thank you so much are you ready are you ready one two three

04:30oh lovely thank you thank you so much thank you cheers happy holidays

04:40sitting there having breakfast which was lovely was great but the thought of what we were going

04:47to do during the day because we haven't a clue we were we were sort of newbies to sailing and we

04:52were going to go out and just find out what people do at sea so they say a great day starts with a great

04:59breakfast and a bloody mary cheers cheers clive

05:09while clive and bernie tuck into eating and planning

05:13anna nivana taking a more laid-back approach to their morning here you are

05:23oh that was like synchronized

05:24swimming we're both sat doing it at the same time

05:31what a sport for the cd i was quite looking forward to finding what activities were going

05:38to be available because i quite like to be active i like to be doing something all the time i don't

05:43necessarily want to be sitting about i want to see what there is available and i was really looking

05:47forward to finding out what there might be for me something that i might like um to be getting on

05:51with so a busy one for you and yvonne the same i was looking forward to um sunbathing perhaps around

05:59the pool looks like that starting off nicely a few hours in the sun that's what i was looking forward to

06:07sounds dreamy yvonne are you going to get in that pool no i might go in later would you join me

06:16no not just there all right okay

06:19you can buy sleep no no sorry i think the expression not budging comes to mind

06:32it's a lot going on today isn't it because we're at sea all day i look forward to relaxing in the

06:36sun all day it's just such a lot to do though isn't it our first day first day first day i know

06:42something to fill your time yeah i know relaxing and get hours talking about time preparing for

06:48tomorrow prepared for tomorrow another day another day of waiting so this is lovely isn't it i think

06:53possibly the day at sea shows us how different we really are yvonne and i because i quite like to

06:58be doing things or seeing things and finding out things talking to lots of people there's a lot of

07:03people aren't there a lot of people and they all love the sunbathing don't they and i think you

07:08quite like to relax a holiday as a real holiday for you yeah you need a drink of water or something

07:15no i'm fine you'll be all right and when i lie in the sun i like to relax and sometimes fall asleep

07:21but you never stop talking good stuff i was trying to relax and ann was chit chat chatting away but i

07:31can't lie too long everyone is that all right i'll be up and doing yeah you get you lie already i'll just

07:35i'll get up and do and wonder about and come back yeah i was getting a wee bit sort of um you know

07:42ready to move i just cannot be sitting around for too long at any given point i was quite happy to

07:48lie in the sun for a couple of hours and soak up the days right yvonne i'm sorry but i'm i'm off

07:54that's enough for me so far okay um i'll go and have a wee look and see what else is on and i'll come

07:58back and fill you in but you'll find me here i'm not moving yeah don't lose these seats whatever you

08:15well a very good morning ambience i hope you're having a lovely morning so far but whatever you

08:36it's day three of a week-long trip for our holiday makers clive and bernie have kick-started their day

08:42with a bit of room service whilst deciding what to do with their day ahead a great day starts with

08:47a great breakfast for chalk and cheese best pals anne and evonne they started the day catching some rays

08:54on the top deck i'm looking forward to relaxing in the sun okay before anne soon got itchy feet you lie

09:00already i'll just i'll go up and do and wonder about and come back right yeah so anne has gone in search

09:06of something a bit more active somebody told me that there was a quiz going on and i love a bit of

09:13trivia so um much as evonne is up there sunbathing i'm going to find where it is and somebody said it

09:18was on deck eight so actually that's it there the purple turtle pub so i'm definitely going to go there

09:24now that's what i'll do i think you've got the time man morning how many sheets just one two by one

09:33your chances today no not at all i do love a quiz but not at all thanks very much thank you thanks

09:40i've always loved a quiz and in fact i've actually been on a tv quiz and won ten thousand pounds

09:46oh if on and i are both impressed i thought i was going to do really well i was quite cocky about the

09:53whole thing and thought ah this will be a breeze eyes down pens at the ready here we go are we

10:00feeling uh knowledgeable this morning same as every morning i'm gonna go with a big yes this is your

10:06morning trivia which 1949 movie musical starred gene kelly and frank sinatra as two sailors trying to

10:14enjoy 24 hours of shore leave in new york city any ideas yvonne no nothing

10:23you ready for this well i don't know whether i'm ready for it you'll be fine i will it'll be good fun

10:34for clive and bernie they have decided for their first activity to have a routine

10:38teaching time line dancing well maybe not clive he's going to partake from the sidelines enjoy

10:45so i'm doing the line dancing because i can do it on my own because you've got two left feet and um

10:56it's something to keep you fit yeah step tap step tap three five two step taps again step tap step

11:05tap great looking good i've wanted to do line dancing for a long time yeah and that's why i thought we could

11:13go ahead can i just say i thought you made a really really good job of it thank you honest no you did

11:20you were brilliant it's looking good again and again ready this time

11:32meanwhile oh sorry yvonne meanwhile let's see how anne's getting on question number 12. how many gold

11:40stars feature on the flag of the european union care to have a guess yvonne

11:49i'm going to say five or seven seven perhaps i would say seven not quite it's 12.

11:56i had to get five and seven we got it together and vaughn would not have been any help to me and my

12:06quiz team and i was bad with it but you would have made it worse and there we have it everywhere swap

12:13your papers round let's mark our answers and he's one of the compliance oh my god that was uh some of

12:20them were really easy and i've just completely lost it i must have been up too late last night

12:23because to be quite honest there was a scottish question i don't even know the answer so i'll be

12:27interested to see how i got on with these question number one which 1949 movie musicals starred gene

13:13you could achieve and i had the sum total of 10. 50 percent oh you're not that good are you no

13:21obviously not no we're not doing very well definitely too early in the morning but a lot

13:26good fun these general questions which was good now pop upstairs and wake yvonne before she goes all pink

13:33back with bernie and she's burning up the dance floor with her country moves

13:43and it appears bernie doesn't know her do-si-dos from her do-si don't

13:47i enjoyed watching your line dance you sat there laughing and i did not the camera never lies clive

14:02i didn't really laugh you were you sat there laughing well a giggle

14:06it was such fun watching you enjoy yourself that's yeah i did enjoy it and that i joined

14:14in that and i thought you were brilliant i did enjoy it yeah you were great

14:39with yvonne woken from her sunbathing slumber

14:42ann has joined her for something a bit livelier because on some sea days

14:46crew get old tom cruise in cocktail and show off their moves

14:57oh orange juice lemon juice oh what's that got an orange drink mango syrup it looks quite

15:02refreshing this weather there was a demonstration on the ship and it was the staff taking part um

15:09and they were shaking up cocktails and throwing glasses and things and it was good fun i certainly

15:14could not do it i think there'd be a few calamities and breakages and spills and it would sadden me

15:19to see all these cocktails going on the floor well this is definitely a holiday street it's not

15:25something you would see in the local pub is it no certainly not the last time you saw a cocktail

15:29main class tom cruise tom cruise a long time ago yeah me too yvonne

15:41it's bustling around the ship and as guests are throwing themselves into the day

15:45back in the observatory oh

15:51oh god bernie might not be donning her cowgirl hat anytime soon but she's certainly been a good sport

15:58again she's got to kill somebody yeah i'd love to blame you laughing but actually i just couldn't

16:07get my legs right they were getting knotted well but i enjoyed it and it was good it was lovely to

16:14see it because actually you had a smile on your face when you were doing it which is yeah i wasn't

16:19frowning no no definitely not well bernie if you are getting the fun out of it that's the main thing

16:25that heel and a heel and a bump and hip hip and you're off again shall we have a go oh yes really

16:34yeah bernie decides to quit while she's ahead i couldn't get my legs right they wanted to go where

16:44i didn't want them to go and then the jump well i can't jump my jumping days are well and truly over

16:51oh what a shame never mind i tried it was a little bit um too fast

17:00but i've enjoyed it i think you're wonderful i have enjoyed it it's been fun and i think you've

17:04heard the drink cheers

17:11back on deck oh my god look he's got the salsa hips as well as well as the arms going he's got

17:16the hips going and the footwork yeah oh wow

17:25so yvonne if i was saying you were a cocktail i think you would be something fruity fruity yeah

17:32exotic but fruity so actually um something colorful like a tequila sunrise right something with a bit of

17:41yellow a bit of pink in it uh yeah and a bit of fruit on the top well i think you'd be a tropical

17:47paradise i was thinking more dark than stormy because i've got a bad time

17:53i think um it's lovely to have a cocktail on holiday you feel as if you're away it's

17:56it's always something tropical and you feel as if you can really relax and try something different

18:01you maybe would normally drink at home as well which is lovely and there was a great choice

18:05uh to be had so more than one cocktail just makes it even better great that was fantastic yeah

18:11brilliant don't you try one now yeah i definitely i'm going to think you're going to sing a poor

18:15sing a thing i think i think i'll um well you get by like you're going to do a thing

18:37it's day three for our cruisers on our tour around the mediterranean and today we are all at sea as the

18:43ship heads over to argostoli in greece fresh from relaxing in the sunshine ann and yvonne have decided

18:54to take on a more physical challenge by going head to head with a spot of sea curling and it looks like

18:59we have an expert in our midst i was very surprised to find out curling was on the activity sheet because

19:07that was really right up my street i curl back home i love curling and i curl at least twice a week

19:15um for a local club and which is all females in our club so you've got plenty of tips for me then

19:23i don't know i'm not that good do you think i'll be able to bend down far enough to yeah right okay sure

19:28as long as you can get back up again you're right 27 years i've been playing for new art curling club

19:33are you feeling any pressure yvonne i do feel pressured i've got to win today because i don't

19:38imagine maybe i'm wrong there's many curlers on this ship well we're about to find out playing for

19:43the blue team is ann and for the reds we have yvonne your objectives try and get as close in the center

19:51as you can in the center is worth 100 points the outer purplish bluish ring that's 60 points the white

19:58ring is 40 and the red is 20. if you miss you get nothing that's it all ready to go yeah fantastic

20:06we'll get started so we've got yvonne and anne ob first when it comes to curling yeah i'm quite

20:11competitive yeah and i'm actually very competitive when i play like board games yeah i like to win

20:18and i would say that yvonne's very competitive and that came out in the curling um because we were on

20:24opposite teams and she was sure that her team was going to win ding ding let battle commence

20:33oh it's away to the left it's away the left okay you've got three more yeah alternate goes

20:38and give it a go the curling champ is about to take her position

20:44a bit too gentle it's a guard ah the guard right even though i overshot the target

20:51yvonne was short of the target so she wasn't that much of an expert yeah i don't know how

20:55she won all those cups yeah but run wise that was the problem it was too hard i'm still slipping

21:06oh no so you're not allowed to do that in the proper oh you're not no no i'll think hold off

21:10sometimes she needs to be put in her place yes here she goes god that looks good that looks good yeah

21:20that looks good oh and it's on and it's a beauty oh i keep going to the left oh no

21:29oh oh really next time i need to try and get between your two ready give it a good one

21:45yes oh that's fine that's fine there are no friends in this game obviously obviously

21:56oh dear too late too late 40 to the reds okay yeah i won the first round and i'm sorry to put

22:06you in your place it was early days

22:14with bernie getting her steps in at line dancing clive not so much it's time for a bit of rest and

22:21relaxation hello we're here for our spa treatment let me show your way thank you this way please

22:28so i decided that we would go down to the spa and i would book us both in for a mineral mud wrap

22:41what well it was different very different oh it was never done anything like that before i mean to me

22:49wrap something you have chicken in i just i didn't have a clue well it's good to get out of your comfort

22:58zone clive i'm looking forward to this do you want me to cover your tummy as well yeah yeah go for it

23:06much money you've got yeah oh when it started

23:12it was a bit chilly i thought it was a bit it was a shock of it when it went on yes and i thought

23:20it was the first one i didn't quite anticipate it being so cold but i think it was icy it was yeah it

23:26was a touch icy and it was a bit of a shock to the system well it serves him right for laughing at

23:32you in line dancing bernie you know what it looks like it looks like your own chocolate pudding all over

23:38your work i don't think i'll be looking at all i think once you got into it i think you've started

23:48to enjoy the whole process i think the most going on there is it oh you're quite right love it's very

23:57relaxing it is it's but messy how are you feeling man very enjoying it do you know i am enormously it's

24:08just totally different poor it's cold but it's really nice something new every day oh yeah yeah

24:17every day is a school day it's gorgeous thank you why you chose that i do not know i'm glad you did

24:24and it's supposed to be good for your pores your well-being keeping you looking young well i don't

24:32know about that but it's supposed to you know invigorate that's the word that's the word invigorate

24:40and i felt invigorate how long do we stay like this you have to stay minimum 20 minutes yeah well

24:49where you are resting i will do head muscles then i will go to the feet muscles for you oh wonderful

24:57so while we leave these two in a state of zen

25:04back at the curling there's been some intense competition

25:0940 to the reds but 100 to the blues

25:12and now it's time for anne and ivan to step up again

25:21hip to street it's a bit soft it's a bit soft i need a fire ladies i need a fire

25:26and i'll just trip her up oh oh oh oh oh that's my boy too

25:36there we go that's running oh no

25:43she's my friend though

25:48yeah there was a point in the game where um i said oh yvonne's my friend and she was obviously

25:53giving hints and tips and the guy said there are no friends in this game he was obviously more

25:58competitive than ivan so i'm just hoping that this is not going to lead to a breakup of this lovely

26:02friendship i hope not oh that's nice ladies but the competition is heating up and there can only be

26:09one winner it's all down to the final round you're going to knock me out i know that's what i was

26:17worried about you well that's okay is that all right are you going to hit me in then you're going

26:21to be nice to me no i'm not sure that's how it works no i know pressure is on now ivan you are the pro

26:30oh go on ivan hit me in oh nicely done yeah it's okay oh thank you very much for that it did help

26:3760 to the reds and 40 to the blues so round two surprise surprise i won and sorry how do you

26:47feel about that well yeah you won a game two rounds yeah but you're the expert and what's the final

26:52scores on the doors we had to triple check this because we couldn't believe it 10 points both teams

26:59are on 700 points so it was a draw so we had to have a playoff it's a nail-biting moment in the

27:08competition as both teams decide who is going to be the one to step up and take the final curl

27:13meanwhile in the spa it's time for the unwrapping of clive and bernie i think now you can go for

27:21shower oh oh did you lift it all okay massage is amazing thank you were you bothered i was

27:28praying you did to come i'm glad you booked it because it's just been really leaving now

27:36and now i know what a malteser feels like thank you sweet tart so i tell you what when we get home if we

27:42buy some big tubs of chocolate mousse we could have a go at home no not my green carpet

27:48i was absolutely i feel fantastic thank you as clive and bernie wander off in tranquil bliss

28:18it's all to play for in the c-day curling championships it's neck and neck so this next move

28:25decides the ultimate winners

28:26great wow

28:35blues have going to win ah you think so

28:39and blue team are victorious well done there you are the blues went on i was on the winning team

28:52i wasn't happy when i discovered the blue team and the beginners won but she did have help from some

29:05other participants who i think were actually bowlers rather than curlers and you could see they were

29:12definitely bowlers and you were keen to say that you had won your own rounds yes even though you lost

29:18as a team you won your boys yeah

29:23yeah it was good fun you didn't feel the pressure then no not at all um it was a lot of fun but well

29:29well done your team well done cheers and relax don't think it had anything to do with me but it was

29:35other people but i'll take the win yeah it was good yeah it was good good fun carolyn on the ship was a

29:41revelation and it was great fun um a lot of laughs and jokes um and yeah there is a lot of skill

29:46involved um and it wasn't too serious it was a wee minor competition but yeah i think i will take yvonne up

29:52on the opportunity to go and try it on ice at some point um because i think it would be a great night

29:59yeah as anne celebrates her win

30:05the rest of the ship is getting geared up for the evening after a busy day of sun

30:09sea spars and singapore slings it's time to switch gears as we sail into the night

30:16for clive and bernie it's a chance to get doled up for dining thank you good evening everybody

30:23there we are okay sweetheart yeah thank you it was lovely to get dressed up i think that's one of

30:30the special things about when you're going out for a special evening whether it's on the ship or

30:34wherever being around anniversary that night was a bit special oh clive looked absolutely super didn't

30:41you i felt super yeah to be honest we do scrub up yeah yeah we do we do scrub up well yeah even though

30:47we say it ourselves and i'll say it too you both look lovely tonight our newbie cruisers are treating

30:55themselves to a multi-course taster menu at none other than the chef's table to raise a glass to

31:01being in wedded bliss for almost half a century they've got 11 courses to plow through all whipped

31:07up by the experts in the kitchen and that's oh well done that's the sound we love that's that that's

31:14the sound thank you you look very smart just like james oh thank you double oh seven and three quarters

31:25my favorite thank you so so much i'm sure we will i'm sure thank you cheers sweetheart cheers honey

31:33i have to say being our anniversary meet that night was a bit special oh it was it was a lovely i

31:43would say it was a lovely anniversary meal well yeah yeah definitely on the other side of the ship

31:51ann is on a secret mission to organize a birthday surprise for later in the week

31:57oh hi there i wonder if you could possibly help me i'm trying to organize something for my friend's

32:02birthday it's a special birthday she doesn't like anything sweet or cakes however she does like

32:07cheese would it be possible to do a cheese board oh yes yes we can do that okay and some drinks some

32:12sauvignon blanc oh yes okay this week is a bit of a celebration of the start of celebrations uh plural

32:18for yvonne's 21st birthday so i thought it might be nice to set up a wee special surprise having known

32:24yvonne a long time i've come to realize what a great friend yvonne is yvonne is a very loyal friend who

32:30can keep her confidence and very supportive if you're ever in an hour of need you could turn to

32:34yvonne and so i think it's really nice to celebrate that in somebody and with a special birthday coming

32:40up why not use that opportunity to to let her know how special she is to her friends and what a lovely

32:46friend you are too ann oh lovely much appreciated thank you bye bye

32:50while the staff get busy organizing her surprise clive and bernie have one of their own in the

32:57restaurant from one of the very senior members on board hotel director joel hello very good evening

33:04ladies and gentlemen i'd like to wish all of you a lovely dining experience tonight is the chef's table

33:10i hope all of you enjoy the special for from this heart of our shift thank you thank you for the

33:17impact thank you so much thank you so we're thrilled to be here tonight with this this is so exciting

33:24very exciting i'm sure i've put two stone on since i got on the ship

33:30it's the first time i've ever been confronted with 11 courses

33:34i think yeah i can't think of i mean i know we've been to some nice dinners but never 11 courses

33:40we've had 11. as the guests make their way to the chef's table first a stop for a quick pic

33:47how are you doing chef are you are you all right yes good we're looking forward to the evening very

33:51much well let's do the best making friends with a chef won't get you bigger portions clive

33:56okay thank you once again i wish a lovely evening thank you a lovely dinner as well thank you very

34:07much thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you i hope they don't make us

34:11wash your pork peel the potatoes

34:26it's been an action-packed day at sea for our fun-loving cruisers from soaking up the rays and some

34:32friendly competition i just jump it up to a bit of grapevine oh burn and some down time and now i know

34:45what a maltese it feels like and now as clive and bernie mingle with the onboard culinary masters

34:52ann and yvonne take a pit stop in their cabin after a jam-packed day i've really enjoyed it first

34:59stop and then also first day at sea first full day yeah yeah certainly a lot i was glad to get a wee

35:04quiz i know you don't really bother the quizzes but i was quite happy to do that but i loved the curling

35:09i've got to say i really enjoyed the curling that was nice here we go again another change another and

35:14out tonight so some of the entertainment on the ship um was an evening with um two scottish girls um

35:21singing the songs of the divas through the decades it'll be nice to hear the scottish girls singing

35:27yeah i'm looking forward to that yeah and it was in the theater on the ship which felt like a big

35:33night out as well oh you'll love that won't you you might be up dancing you never know i think

35:37i'll get my disco pants on have you not got them on already i hope

35:41i've gone where's the disco pants come on ladies get a shimmy on it's almost curtain up in the theater

35:52meanwhile it's time for clive and bernie to take their seats to start their array of courses

35:57hope you're hungry guys so let me guide you to your chairs okay when we went into the room it was yes it

36:04was part of the room is set up as part of the restaurant so you're in a little area that is

36:11separated with the other diners thank you thank you so much thank you i think i got the feeling the

36:19other divers kept coming past going oh look at them in there how posh are they so this is going to tell

36:27us exactly yeah it's all very posh isn't it to start the evening's proceedings geronimo the restaurant

36:36manager hello hello hello and welcome to the chef table experience bon appetit bon appetit thank you

36:50oh my goodness i wish i'd not eaten for the last month

36:53while the chefs whip up that first course anna and yvonne are getting comfy in their seats ready

37:02to be entertained by some fellow scots it's very busy sometimes i need to get a lovely view i know and

37:08i'm looking forward to the show tonight i love um shows i love musicals i go to london quite a lot

37:14and um i go to quite a lot of shows so this will be right up your street then yeah i love this

37:19they're allowed to dance in here i think we might be allowed up here because we've got a bit of space

37:23a wee bit of space i know okay diana is my favorite and she's coming to uk i would have gone to show

37:30that it was when i'm in ibiza i've already quite a lot in ibiza and i have done for i wouldn't like to

37:36tell you how many years i love a party i love to dance i love the music and most of all in ibiza i love

37:44the beaches i've never seen her i've seen quite a lot of show but i've never seen that i've never seen

37:53yeah this party started on a saturday night everybody's waiting for me

38:01it's all right the theater was packed and we had fantastic seats good to see

38:23as the party gets started in the theater over in the buckingham things are getting all theatrical as

38:28the first course arrives thank you chef and the smoke actually escapes from the door smells gorgeous

38:44choreographed superbly yeah well i've got to be honest there's only one way to do it then

38:49yes you watch his clothes oh it's delicious i'll tell you what i'm gonna give a kiss

39:02and then you know what they say oysters are an afrodisiac so they're obviously working well

39:12easy now clive only another nine quarters

39:15to the breach dear friends thank you thank you do you think the chef's coming out again to explain

39:25i think so oh should i do it no no oh it's an orange emotion and a campari form right you'll be all

39:36right with that so i think when i get home i've got the menu all the little bits i might have to try

39:41that campari form perhaps with a nice fillet steak you can make it and oysters oh yes oh you've got

39:52more foam in there as clive and bernie get to grips with the foam aspect of the meal with basil

39:58form

40:02things are drawing to a climax in the theatre

40:11and did we enjoy the show yes fantastic it's nice that we get to do something like that together

40:24that we both actually enjoy yeah it was really good for us um we did sing along with some of the songs

40:30and they belted out a lot of classics i could watch it again i know and the voices a bit different yeah

40:36but the two of them were really really good i know and obviously dancing as well yeah the other moves

40:41yeah and yeah i like the presses that's not unusual for you is it fabulous fantastic they certainly did

40:49scotland proud um they were very very good the dancing as well and they really gelled well together

40:55right spence that's us right that's us let's go hello that we have no no no okay i'm not that bad

41:05and what about you two will we see you on the stage anytime soon i would like to see i'm a good singer

41:11and i have taken part in karaoke and other people would disagree but it depends how many cocktails i've

41:19had before i would go up and perform but i have been known to come out with a few songs i would say

41:27that i'm definitely not a singer and no matter how many cocktails i would not be loosening my vocal chords

41:31i think people would be telling me i got off the stage um however i like to take part um but i'm

41:37certainly not a singer i like to sing kiki dean elton john that one don't go break my heart that's i like that

41:44but the night is still young and our ladies find a spot to sit down and get all nostalgic about

41:51yvonne's husband graham see this music which reminded me very much of my first date with graham

41:58why's that did you take it oh it took me to the concert hall in glasgow classical music concert and it was

42:06wonderful and he was a keeper yeah he's very much into classical music so but he tried to

42:13revisit our first date a couple of years later i had a pink sweat jacket on a pink dress get out

42:20the car and a seagull all down jacket was ruined we never get into the first act because you can't

42:28walk in when it started my hair it was all down my hair it was a disaster i think since then he's

42:35never actually tried to organize another day did you put a lottery ticket on that night yeah for luck

42:40well i have heard it's meant to be good luck yvonne all in all it was a fantastic day it's been too

42:46quick and i'm surprised you can get squeezed in though isn't it yeah i know looking forward to

42:51tomorrow yeah so here we go again and cheers cheers another end of another bedtime drink i know bedtime drink

42:59whilst it's bedtime for anne and yvonne clive and bernie are still going strong it's time for the

43:10surf the filet mignon and lobster right here we go

43:15that's lovely i think the hallway the evening was put together was a perfect end to

43:27a perfect day oh it was as the day at sea comes to an end it's time to tut up the schools

43:34so a day at sea on the ship is um an adventure really yeah i enjoyed the day at sea because it's

43:41a bit more relaxing and it gave us time to prepare for the next port of call another perfect day yeah

43:49so it will be a perfect day at sea oh definitely covered in mud and farewell

43:53so i think i do see it's another five so what do you think definitely five

44:08next time the ship docks in kephalonia the land of ouzo anne and yvonne get snap happy on land

44:15don't go any further back i'm not going to end i'm not going to i can't swim i won't be

44:18going to end don't worry and indulge in the local produce yeah whilst clive and bernie swap the ship

44:26for something a little more intimate captain ever that i'll i'll sell you before picking up some snazzy
