00:00Bradford City manager Graeme Alexander has revealed how the Bantams have looked to improve themselves on the training ground in between their most recent fixtures.
00:11Not particularly. I think going forward, I think we've ticked a lot of boxes in what we do in and out of possession.
00:21But there's a couple of things that we know we need to be better at, but we've overcome those issues by winning games.
00:29But it's still been underlying there. So we want to improve that.
00:34So there's bits and pieces we can look at, but it was just about, actually, let's go back to pre-season.
00:39We put these things in place. Let's go back a little bit of last season, what we were really good at, that we then tried to reinforce in pre-season.
00:47But it's not really had the results that we would have liked, as in not match results, but the results in certain aspects.
00:57So we've just focused on that, really, as hard as we can.
01:01And if we get that part right that we feel we can improve on and keep the other stuff, that's the balance.
01:07You don't want the pendulum to complete swing, improve that, and then lose what you're good at.
01:12And Bradford City's Joe Hilton has spoken of how he prepares as a goalkeeper for matches, despite not always being the number one choice for the Bantams between the sticks, in what has been a very good start to the season for the club in League One.
01:28It's different, and sometimes it can be difficult, because you're eager to play, but you're just kind of waiting for that one thing that might not happen.
01:40It's just about preparing correctly for every game, as if I'm going to be playing.
01:46And if that opportunity comes in the game, then I'm ready to take it.
01:50And then what's it like when you feel there is an opportunity on the horizon that potentially choose they might represent for you?
01:57It's exciting. I mean, it's been quite rare recently getting them games, but each game that has come, I've got a little buzz for it.
02:06And I feel like I've got that buzz back from being in a winning team and wanting to do well.
02:13And I feel like I'm going to be playing.
