00:00During Bradford City's gap between recent fixtures, manager Graeme Alexander has made clear that he and his staff and his players have evaluated their start to the season so far.
00:14In League One, they are sat within the automatic promotion places, despite having only been promoted from League Two last season.
00:21We had an evaluation of what we've done in the season so far, the 11 league games, notwithstanding the Cup, we've put that to the side, but the league games especially.
00:34Looked to reinforce what we've done really well to the players, this is in our feedback, and then just identified a couple of things that we know we have to improve on.
00:43But we did that at the start of the week, so they knew the work we've done since then was linked to something that makes us better.
00:51It's always good, I believe, to give the players context around the work that we're going to do, and they've trained really well this week.
00:59So we've used this time to look after a couple physically, push a few others physically to get better, because they've had a lack of game time, and prepare for our game on Tuesday.
01:14And Bradford City's Joe Hilton is hoping for further opportunities to impress for the Bantams.
01:20His next opportunity to shine may come as Bradford City take on Everton's under-21 side in the EFL Trophy at Valley Parade on Tuesday evening.
01:30Well, I think it sort of crept up on how long I've been here, but I think I've settled in well.
01:40Obviously, the first few weeks, months, it's a transition period, especially for me.
