00:00Bradford City head coach Graeme Alexander praised his side's mentality in their 2-2 draw against Rotherham United,
00:07in which the Bantams were two goals down at one stage, but ultimately fought back to win a point away at their Yorkshire rivals.
00:17Yeah, I think we're a fit group. I think fit mentally as well as physically.
00:22That's a big point to make, because you can be as fit as you want, but if you're a quitter, it doesn't matter.
00:28You have to keep going. So for me, the players just keep going. They keep trying.
00:33But we have to look back at what we could have done better to show our superiority in better spells.
00:43I don't think we were brave enough in the first 20-30 minutes in possession.
00:48I thought we just long straight balls up to people like Swanee. You're not giving them a chance.
00:53So I think we have to take a little bit more accountability in possession.
00:58We show every single day that we're better in possession than we were in the first half today.
01:04So it's little bits and pieces that, like I say, when we were top of the league or top of the league, there's still things to improve.
01:11And we'll never take our eyes off what we have to do better.
01:14And Leeds United head coach Daniel Farker made clear that his side must be more clinical,
01:19especially at home in the Premier League, as they fell to a 2-1 loss against Tottenham Hotspur at Elland Road.
01:26But Leeds had enough chances to perhaps get something from the game, but ultimately only scored one goal.
01:33Tottenham, on the other hand, took two of their chances, which was enough to win the game.
01:37With winning more points, yes.
01:39Because if you always dominate games and don't win points, then it will be difficult.
01:42But I've said this several times as a manager, I can't just pray for results or bake some results.
01:50What I can do with my Leeds is deliver performances.
01:53And this is what we did today.
01:55It doesn't take anything away that we have to take.
01:57Then also the chances.
01:58And yes, of course, that the opponent's goalkeeper is not always man of the match with unbelievable saves.
02:03I would like to think that in two or three situations we should have hit the target with the good chances.
02:10But yeah, we have to be a bit more clinical in the finishing positions.
