The President of the Tobago October Carnival, Dexter Sandy says mas bands are faced with an increase in sales, couple with challenges on the airbridge.

Mr. Sandy said with the 4th edition of the October carnival next week, more should be done by Government to have this annual issue remedied, especially with Monday's reading of the budget.
