17:41Why is it the red that does so well here?
17:45Well it's the environment, the climate, the soils
17:49It's a volcanic fault line
17:51And it produces this incredible red soil
17:53So red, red, red everywhere in Heathcote
17:55That's such a beautiful view
17:59This is such a beautiful region
18:00What is it that you love about this area?
18:03It is a spectacular region
18:05And I think it has a lot to do with the community
18:07There's always that sense of that beautiful

18:11You know, I'm out there to look after you
18:12The farmer that we bought this from
18:14His name is Grant
18:15And he actually brings out the newspaper to my dad every morning
18:19Being city folk coming out to the farm
18:21He was our mentor
18:22And he's basically family
18:24That's that beautiful community feel
18:26And in Heathcote too
18:28What I love about Heathcote
18:29Is that it's your mums, your dads, your families
18:32That are all operating the businesses
18:34You know, just like we are here
18:36You're talking to the owners
18:37You're talking to the family
18:39And it has that real beautiful atmosphere
18:41If you're buying in the area
18:43There are many community events, activities
18:47They'll just wrap their arms around you
18:49And they'll bring you right into their families
18:51Just this beautiful community atmosphere

20:43So yeah, there's a bit more investigation to be done
20:45But I definitely think it's worth another look
