00:00Welcome everyone. So, yes, a lot of people thought that the answer for this one is supposed to be 3.
00:05Okay, which is actually correct, right? 10s are and 3s are, right?
00:10So, but no, that's not how these things work.
00:13The reason for that is see 30% that can be converted into a number by dividing 30 by 100.
00:21So, your question has now changed to 30 upon 100 divided by 10 upon 100, right?
00:27Now, whenever there is division involved with fractions, you need to follow the rules of KCF.
00:32Where KA stands for keeping the first number as it is.
00:36C stands for changing the division sign to multiplication.
00:39F stands for flipping or taking reciprocal of 10 upon 100 which is 100 upon 10.
00:44So, this is cancelling, this is 1s are and 3s are.
00:47So, answer is coming out to be 3 yet I am saying that answer is not 3.
00:51Now, why like that?
00:52See, when we had a percent, we divided by 100 to got it into a number.
00:58Now, we have a number.
00:59We want to convert it into a percent.
01:01So, obviously, I need to multiply by 100 again.
01:04So, in this case, 3 gets multiplied by 100.
01:08The answer for this one is supposed to be 300%.
01:11I hope this is very, very clear to everyone.
01:15That's it for today.
01:15I will see you in the next video.
