Here's today's bulletin with news of utility companies being fined more than £60,000 for hundreds of roadworks breaches across Derbyshire - and work getting underway on a new police custody suite in Chesterfield.

00:04A Derbyshire council has fined utility companies more than £60,000 for hundreds of roadwork breaches, including not manually operating temporary traffic lights.
00:14Data from Derbyshire County Council, which was obtained via a Freedom of Information request, shows that the authority has issued 1,363 roadworks fines to utility companies in the past three years alone.
00:26This has raised £64,860 in fines for roadwork transgressions such as scheduled works overrunning by several days longer than permitted, not manually operating temporary traffic lights, not displaying permits and registering work late.
00:437 Trent Full Fibre and National Grid were the three main crumpets for roadwork fines.
00:47Of the 379 fines issued to Full Fibre, 372 were handed out in just one year between April 2022 and March 2023.
00:58Fines were handed out to a total of 26 different utility companies across Derbyshire.
01:05Builders and contractors are on site to begin work on a brand new police custody suite in Chesterfield.
01:10The new purpose-built vicinity in Dunstan will serve the north of the county and work is currently underway to prepare the ground and foundations.
01:18The building, which has gone through a design and approval process with the contractors Wilmot Dixon, has been based on national guidance and research to ensure that it meets the needs of every prisoner, including adjustments for prisoners with special needs or disabilities.
01:32The new custody suite is set to replace the current suite, which is based in Ripley.
