00:00another big battle. Auburn's undefeated. This game played out last year on the Plains,
00:05went right down to the wire, and Oklahoma stole it. 24-21. Jackson Arnold returns to Norman,
00:12where he started last year for the Sooners. Sooners have John Mateer. Both teams are undefeated.
00:18Oklahoma now instilled as a six-and-a-half-point home favorite, three-and-all all-time against
00:24the Tigers. I'm going to lean to Oklahoma here, but the biggest thing for me, Coach,
00:29is I think we blow through this 47-and-a-half. Give me points of plenty in Norman on Saturday.
00:35Boy, I've gotten to the over-under, but I've got Auburn keeping the game within three. I mean,
00:40maybe losing by three points or within three points, but I've got them. I'll take Auburn and
00:46the points. I'm just not sold on how good the Michigan team is and how big that win was for
00:51Oklahoma. The other teams didn't show enough to give them enough competition. Auburn went out there
00:56and beat a really good Baylor team on the road. Now, Baylor wasn't playing a lot of defense,
01:02but Auburn still had to score points, and we saw a lot more offense out of Auburn.
01:07Wes, John Mateer, I think I know he's going to be a problem throwing and running the football.
01:13I do not think Jackson Arnold is as bad a thrower. I don't think the head coach, Hugh Freeze,
01:19has really wanted to throw the ball downfield much. You know, it's not always the quarterback's
01:24fault that they don't throw more deep balls or make your yardage. Those coaches call the plays
01:29to get what they want, and they wanted a more conservative style. They wanted to win a close
01:34ballgames, and they've been able to do it, and so we'll see how it goes against Oklahoma,
01:39but I've got Auburn with a chance to stay within the points on this football game and possibly win
01:46the game with turnovers or a big play, and Auburn has not turned the ball over this year.
01:50I can see Auburn pulling this one out. I went back and forth on this game. To your point,
01:55Auburn, one of the worst turnover margins last year, minus nine in terms of turnover margin.
02:01This year, they're plus two. On the flip side, Oklahoma, to your point, enters this game minus
02:06five in turnover margin. Can Jackson Arnold and Auburn, that's averaging 173 passing yards per game,
02:14attacking Oklahoma defense coach, giving up only 84 passing yards to opposing quarterbacks.
02:19They've held opposing quarterbacks to 46 percent completion percentage, have not allowed a passing
02:26touchdown all season long, and have played the best on third downs, holding opposing offenses
02:32to only 17 percent of their third down type of opportunities. I think that carries the fact
02:38that Oklahoma's playing at home. I'd rather take the more experienced quarterback in this matchup.
02:43I think that's what most people will do, but Auburn, again, over 53 percent on third downs,
02:50and if they get short yardage, they're five for five on fourth downs this year, the only team in America
02:56that's five for five on fourth downs. So, it's one of those things that Auburn has done well,
03:02has handled third down, stay on the field. I will throw out in your favor,
03:06Brett Benables knows what that quarterback can do. He knows his weaknesses.
03:10One of the best defensive coordinators I've ever been around will have his defense ready for Jackson Arnold.
