00:09It's more about hydration, really, when you're going for 60 minutes or less. But then when you
00:14get into over that time, you'll want to bring some carbs with you. And the general guideline
00:19is just 30 to 60 grams of carbs per hour. So, and that can go up to 90 grams for some people.
00:27A lot of pros are going up even into the 120 grams of carbs per hour, but generally it's
00:35about 30 to 60 grams of carbs per hour. And that can come in the form of a sports drink
00:40or gels, gummies, kind of whatever works best for you on the bike.
