00:05racing since Tom was 10 years old. Yeah, we just did the math and I don't feel good about it and
00:10Tom doesn't feel good about it. But it's also backed by science. It just works. Right, yeah.
00:16It was basically just like one core piece of advice from which you can build a warm-up. It
00:21wasn't necessarily like, here's the warm-up, right? You know, the shorter and more intense
00:25your race, the more of a warm-up you need. More, you know, more time or more intensity.
00:31Those can be like, you know, you figure those out. Versus if your race is really long, you
00:36probably actually need less of a warm-up or maybe no warm-up at all, depending on the race.
