00:25Through our various programmes, one of which is a significant, one of which is our Fellows' Programme,
00:32which is associated with our international organisation.
00:35And we are very much designed around encouraging C-suite women, women to be CEOs and chiefs in their respective fields.
00:48And that Fellows' Programme identifies people really from all around the world
00:54who would go and get executive management training from institutions such as Harvard, INSEAD in France, Columbia University, etc.

01:18It's not just me. Where I work, there are a group of amazing women who are working extremely hard in medicine and science.
01:27So, yeah, so it's for all the women that I work with.
01:30And it's an incredibly important award when you look around the world and you see what's happening.
01:35I think it's getting, it was, I think, getting easier for women to move into leadership roles.
01:40And then in the last few years, we're seeing big changes.
01:43So more than ever now, this award brings up the fact that women need support and assistance,
01:50especially the younger women coming through to get into leadership positions.
01:53Meanwhile, former president of the organisation, Joanne Salazar, says
01:58their mission is to highlight women who aren't often recognised.
02:03Our ambition is to unearth wherever a woman is leading, what is her impact,
02:09and to amplify that impact by giving her a national stage.
