The Education Minister says "counselling sessions were conducted affected classes" at the Arima North Secondary School following the physical alternation there.
The Minister also says the altercation outside of the El Dorado Secondary School "is receiving urgent attention from the school administration."
Minister Dr. Michael Dowlath was responding to a question about both incidents during the post Cabinet media briefing.
00:00Both matters are under active investigation and the appropriate support and interventions have been put in place.

00:17the Ministry intervened immediately because the community police visited the school.
00:21And assembly was held with all the students and counseling sessions were conducted with the affected classes and a parent conference has also been arranged.
00:35At El Dorado East, the matter is receiving urgent attention from the school administration and supported by the TTPS.
