CWIL’s twenty-first Wisdom Research Presentation, led by Dr. Bhavna Sharma (Ph.D., Sociology, University of Florida), explored ‘Cross-cultural inquiries into the transformational wisdom of wise organisations and leaders.’ Based on 60 interviews across 9 countries and 30 organisations, the study highlights practices that shape wise leadership. It shows that organisational wisdom is both practical and transformational—rooted in deep knowing, creativity, and development—offering fresh insights for leadership that fosters balance, sustainability, and impact.
