00:00As a consortium partner, my company plays a role of participating and guiding the forum on what
00:16are the ways ahead in which this institute can take student development further. To be able to
00:22contribute to the curricular design then come back every now and then to share experiences with
00:27students. I also mentored some social innovation you know projects that people were doing and even
00:33today back here trying to share experiences also talk to students and whatever ideas come to us in
00:38terms of what could make the learning experience in soil richer very happy to contribute and I think
00:44we're the beneficiaries as well so when we hire from the institute we get exactly what we thought
00:49the institute is creating. As a consortium partner we have played different roles when it was
00:54designing of the curriculum designing of the learning import how industry and academia should
01:01interface. We work closely with soil on multiple other agendas also we take extensive support from
01:08soil for our people development for some of our od projects and we actively see how we can engage
01:16with the institute more from student development point of view. As a consortium partner my main role
01:23is to see that I convey the expectations of my company and the industry on the kind of skills that
01:34the students at soil should have and also play a role in the design of the curriculum so that it is
01:42supportive of the requirements of the industry and for that we constantly interact with the faculty. We also
01:51take part in meetings on what are some of the additions that should be made in the curriculum and generally
01:59we make the expectations of the industry and the key trends known to the faculty so that it can be
02:06incorporated in the curriculum. From time to time we keep hiring students from soil for some some of the
02:12roles that we have in our organization so that's how we support we are always open to providing internship
02:18training industry visits to soil and then come and you know talk to the students that what we are doing
02:25today and that becomes very very important ingredient for any learning institute because if the if the
02:32industry people are coming and talking they will be talking what is relevant as of today so that gives a
02:39greater insight learning insight to students as well. We are collaborating with soil to develop a leadership
02:45internship program first and now I mean only today I have offered them that I would like to work with
02:52them to have a very effective internship program where we will co-design projects for the students so that
03:00it will be a win-win for the industry as well as for the student food.
