09:48is the hardest thing to do in that sport in football right is when your job doesn't entail
09:59making a play when your job entails on assisting the guy to make a play right because at the end of
10:07the day you're getting judged on making plays so if you eat up two rushers on every play and JP
10:15or Chubb or or um somebody gets a sack right they're not gonna say they got the sack because
10:24you ate up two guys they're gonna say you didn't have a sack or any tackles and it's hard mentally
10:32to to to go in a team sport and do that that's why you hear a lot of coaches say this do your job
10:44do what your job is don't worry about the results or whatever and so like I love me I used to love when
10:52they say oh this guy he trying to make plays or whatever yeah he gonna put himself in the wrong
10:57spot leave a hole it happens all the time so that's maybe where what he's talking about with that
11:02um and when you have veterans so last year when you had Calais and you had had Zach they knew
11:11like what their job is what their role is how to go about it and they never deviated from it because
11:17they know eventually they would get plays so like yeah I get what he's saying it's a hard thing you
11:24know look you got 11 guys on each side of the ball everybody's role ain't to make the sack or make the
11:32tackle or score the touchdown or catch or throw the ball but your role is just as important and that's
11:40the hardest thing to do especially when money's involved because guess what why wouldn't they pay
