A victory is a victory! The Miami Dolphins defeated the Washington Commanders in Madrid yesterday morning, 16 to 13 in overtime. The guys go over and recap all the boneheaded calls, stats, and moments of confusion.

00:01A football winning weekend.
00:03It wasn't the best looking of Dolphins wins.
00:08But how many times have we complained about them not winning these games?

00:21And it was just, you just saw when both teams were 3-7.
00:25You know, like you saw the decision making,
00:29especially the coaches, was questionable.

00:36And this is kind of how you have to, you know, understand.
00:44That the leader of your team, the head coach,
00:50regardless of what the analytics say as to what to do,
00:54when to do it, and how to do it,
00:56there is nobody in the world that should have a better grasp
01:01of what your team can do more than you.

01:05So, in that moment, when it's fourth and one,
01:11you want to score and try to ice the game
01:13or try to have a lead where you can't lose.
01:16However, you went at it two or three times
01:21and came up with donuts.

01:25So, what in the hell makes you think you're going to get it this time?
01:29That's what I'm saying.
01:30You have to be aware, even though,
01:32and if you would have said,
01:33you know what, I'm going to just take the points
01:36because we were 0 for it.
01:38Everybody would have respected that.
01:39Especially the idea.
01:40But here's the other thing.
01:41If they would have got it,
01:44then we would have caused it.

01:46And a lot of coaches want stones instead of victory.
01:51This is the thing that I was confused about.

02:02and the red zone was the dead zone.

02:10that a lot of people don't sometimes understand
02:12is constricts everything.
02:15So, if you have speed,
02:19they don't have to worry about getting beat deep.
02:21So, all they have to worry about is what you do well,
02:24the crossing routes, the whatever.
02:26That's why you need to,
02:27you cross everybody and have that tight end,
02:29find an open area in the middle of the field.
02:31When you have that, it works out.
02:33So, you can get away with it.

02:40every time I see them get in the red zone
02:43and they made an attempt to be physical and run,
02:46the first down and the second down worked.

03:01And I was like, you know what?

03:18because you're going to be sitting in a situation
03:21where the commanders were going to have enough time
03:23to come back.
03:24But the thing that was weird is

03:27when the commanders had it,
03:28they went for it too.
03:30And I also didn't understand that.
