Batsman Colin Munro believes the Trinbago Knight Riders have what it takes to go all the way.

But at the same time, he says TKR's biggest opposition is TKR itself.

He was speaking one-on-one with TV6 at the Hyatt on Tuesday.

00:00Hi Colin, congrats on the win on the Independence Day holiday. Describe the feeling.
00:06Yeah, it was awesome obviously to qualify as well. That was our goal from number one and now it's to finish in the top two.
00:14So yeah, an unbelievable win, especially the position that we were in probably say three quarters away through that game.
00:19I thought Evan and Fletch batted really, really well and then for us to close it out in the last ten overs was some exceptional bowling and some good feeling.
00:27Now that you're into the playoffs, can we expect some player rotations?
00:32Not sure. Yeah, I'm a senior player but I'm not that senior knowing exactly what's going to happen with the team.
00:38I think there might be a couple of injuries at the moment with Mohamed Amir.
00:43Andra Russell went off the field, not sure exactly what happened there but yeah, we're an aging team so maybe there might be some rotations
00:54but you still want to be playing some good cricket leading into those playoffs.
00:58But before that of course you have one more home leg game to play before the other legs and so on
01:03and you're going to take on the St. Lucia Kings defending champions.
01:07How do you plan to approach that game in your ways?
01:11Yeah, I think we've just got to fight fire with fire.
01:13They're going to come out blazing.
01:14You know, their top orders scored heavily for them.
01:19Tim Seifert's in some serious form.
01:22John O'Charles always does it.
01:24And they've got some power throughout the middle so they're going to keep coming at us the whole time
01:28but if we can keep picking up wickets, trying to be attacking, probably defensive but attacking at the same time
01:34in terms of field sets and playing towards the big boundary then hopefully that can play a big part.
01:40And with the bat, it's great to see that, you know, I think everybody's actually performed really well so far.
01:46Myself and Howard's up top.
01:48Puran, Casey Cardi obviously has been playing really well.
01:52And yeah, and obviously Pollard's doing what he's been doing for the last 15, 20 years.
01:57So yeah, it's great to see guys stepping up at different times.
02:02What's the belief in the camp like going for title number five?
02:06I think the belief's always been there.
02:07I think, you know, with us it's about dealing with us.
02:11It's not about the opposition.
02:13We know that we're the hunted in this tournament because of our success over the last number of years.
02:19And people want to beat us.
02:20People know that they've got to come and play their A game to beat us.
02:23So we know that they're going to come every single day to, you know,
02:26so our biggest opposition is actually ourselves, making sure that we are up for every single game,
02:31every single ball, making sure that our foot's on the throat
02:34when we're on top of the opposition and making sure that we don't let them come back in the game.
02:40Any final words for the people of Trinidad and Tobago?
02:43Just come out and support us one last game.
02:45Hopefully we can put on a good show against the Kings.
02:49Yeah, you guys have been outstanding and hopefully we can go one more.
