00:00A game that is expected to have potential fireworks with two Heisman Trophy frontrunners
00:06is the game in Clemson Saturday night in Death Valley. We'll see which the real Death Valley is.
00:12Is it LSU or is it in fact Clemson and Davos? We need Clemson Open as a three and a half point
00:18home favorite. We're seeing four, four and a half in a couple of books across the country.
00:23We talk about the dominance for Clemson at home, 70 and five, dating back to 2015.
00:31Which quarterback has more pressure, Cade Klumnik playing at home or Garrett Nussmeier
00:35and the LSU Tigers that haven't won a week one matchup in Brian Kelly's tenure in Baton Rouge?
00:43Well, let me answer your first comments. They both have a great home field advantage.
00:47Clemson, I've coached and I've played in both of them and they are both crazy.
00:51The LSU is just a little bigger. Their fans get a little drunker with that Cajun attitude that they have.
00:57But I will tell you, this is going to be a wild place and I probably make that the three point difference for Clemson.
01:03These two quarterbacks are fantastic.
01:06Cade Klumnik is a Heisman candidate as well as Nussmeier.
01:10Both teams are better than they were last year.
01:12But as I look at these two teams, overall talent, I see to me they've got quarterbacks that are both
01:18Heisman possibilities, NFL players, Klumnik a little bit better.
01:23They've both got a defense that's outstanding, but Clemson a little bit better.
01:27Home field advantage puts them in a little better situation.
01:31That's the three point difference that I see in this football game.
01:35And I will say this, Brian Kelly needs to win this game and he knows he does.
01:39He wants to win it because the fans, and I live in Louisiana, they are talking about,
01:43Hey, we got to, we got to be in the playoffs.
01:45We, we paid you to win a championship.
01:47He's had to sit on that.
01:49So they have, they'll be prepared.
01:50But I'm saying at the end of the night, I think Clemson has got the best team they had
01:55since they were national champions.
01:57And that won't knock LSU out of anything, but they'll win this game by three.
02:01We saw that Clemson could go toe to toe from an offensive perspective against Texas,
02:07but it was the front seven that broke down Texas ran for over 200 yards.
02:12How big of a difference was Tom Allen to that defense this year?
02:16We'll see a play out on Saturday night.
