00:00You're going to need some extra pieces.
00:02That's just not.
00:03M.J. Stewart is not just it in the safety spot, right?
00:07M.J. Stewart is it, unless you're talking about the rookie, Reed, going in there,
00:13and he hasn't played a lot with injuries.
00:15There's got to be somebody else.
00:16Well, here's the interesting part is the Texans just posted their 53-man roster.
00:23Defensive backs.
00:24Did it.
00:24Kalen Bullock, Kamari Lasseter, Jalen Petrie, Tremond Smith, C.J. Gardner-Johnson,
00:30Derrick Stingley Jr., M.J. Stewart, Jalen Smith.
00:33The fact that C.J. Gardner-Johnson is on this list changes my perspective, my opinion, big time.
00:38Clearly, he's going to be ready to play.
00:40Clearly, they don't need to put him on any kind of injury list and lose him for a month.
00:44They believe that he's going to be back.
00:46That's your answer right there.
00:47No, Reed.
00:48Reed was injured.
00:49Obviously.
00:50He didn't make it either.
00:51Obviously, he's got to be on some injured list.
00:54I mean, he was playing well, and he was a draft pick.
00:56They're not letting him hit the streets.
00:58But, yeah, that's got it.
00:59C.J. Gardner-Johnson, I think the big takeaway here for the initial 53-man roster that's been
01:04posted by the Texans, this is official, is that C.J. Gardner-Johnson is on the 53 out
01:10of the gate, which, again, is very, very promising relative to the injury that he had and the
01:20outlook around that injury when it initially happened.
01:23It looks.
01:24It looks like that was inaccurate, and he's going to be back sooner rather than later.
01:30Yeah.
01:30They've got three safeties on this.
01:33I mean, four, I guess, Petrie.
01:34They've got four safeties here is what they're rolling with.
01:38Bullock.
01:39Petrie, they don't really like to use as a safety.
01:42More is a nickel.
01:42And then they've got Gardner-Johnson and M.J.
01:45Stewart.
