00:00There you go, favourite coffee spot?
00:03So my favourite coffee spot has to be the East Street Cafe, it's in Picard.
00:07It is an absolute cafe that pays formage and in tribute to Bruce Springsteen, who I love.
00:12But, Paul and the gang down there, the food, the coffees, the cakes, oh my goodness, it is a wee slice of heaven in Glasgow.
00:19Yeah, follow that up, what is your favourite Glasgow restaurant?
00:22So, my favourite Glasgow restaurant has to be Cafe Gandolfi. I love it.
00:27I love Gandolfi, I think Seamus and the team down there are amazing.
00:31I love the food, I love the way they treat everybody when they come in.
00:34Yeah, it's a real favourite of mine.
00:36What is your favourite Glasgow venue to either go to or play?
00:40So my favourite Glasgow venue used to be the Sheds.
00:43I was never out of the Sheds in Shawlands.
00:45That was me.
00:46My mum once sent me a Christmas card in the Sheds because she thought I had more chance of getting there.
00:50My favourite venue to perform in?
00:52I performed in a lot of venues in Glasgow.
00:55I was in the Hydro and I've been in a different place.
00:57But I love St Luke's.
00:58I think St Luke's is a great venue.
01:00It's got a really lovely vibe and a lovely feel to it.
01:02Tiny dressing rooms in the back, St Luke's are listening, but it is a fabulous venue.
01:06What is your favourite Glasgow building?
01:09My favourite Glasgow building?
01:11That's a really good question because there's lots of Glasgow buildings I love.
01:16I think for me it's probably got to be the wee house, you know, the tiny wee house.
01:21It was one of the first places my granny took me to.
01:24I have to say I also love the People's Palace.
01:26I might need to change that to People's Palace.
01:28I think it's where these buildings are beautiful to look at, but I have a real association with my gran and when I was younger.
01:33What is your favourite outdoor space in Glasgow?
01:40So my favourite outdoor space, without a doubt, is I love the Snuff Mill Bridge over at Githcart.
01:46I love Lynn Park with that big waterfall.
01:49These are places I love to go to.
01:51I've got young kids and I'll take them there too, but I'm a real Southside girl.
01:55Your favourite Glasgow band or artist?
01:59This is a really difficult one from Glasgow.
02:02So I want to say Deacon Blue, right?
02:03Because who does not love Deacon Blue?
02:05But I think in terms of an artist, I love Rianne Downey.
02:10And I hope Rianne Downey is from Glasgow.
02:11She's Bells Hill.
02:12She's Bells Hill.
02:13She's Bells Hill.
02:14She's adopted Glasgow, so it's okay.
02:15Okay, right.
02:16So I want to say...
02:17I'll start that again for you.
02:18No, no.
02:19I also want to say Rianne Downey because I know she's Bells Hill, but I just want to squash her right into Glasgow and take over.
02:24The West.
02:25I absolutely adore her.
02:26I just can't get enough of her music.
02:28And lastly, who's your Glasgow hero?
02:31So here's the thing.
02:33Obviously, Billy Connolly is everyone's hero from Glasgow.
02:36But for me, it's probably Dorothy Ball.
02:38I love Dorothy Ball.
02:39I don't think I would be doing it if it wasn't for Dorothy Ball, Millie and Cisna.
02:43Growing up and watching them, doing their comedy and their singing and...
02:47Yeah, probably, can I give it to two then? Dorothy Ball, Millie and Cisna.
02:50I love those women.
02:51I think they are...
02:52I think it's so empowering growing up to see two strong, funny, Glaswegian women on telly.
02:58Yep.
02:59Is that alright?
03:00That's alright?
03:01That's alright.
