In a newly released set of interviews with the Department of Justice, Jeffrey Epstein accomplice, Ghislaine Maxwell spoke about the frequency of massages that Epstein received.
00:00When's the last time you think you were with Mr. Epstein when he got a massage?
00:12Um, I want to say 2007.
00:192007?
00:20Yes.
00:20Um, and the frequency at that point, so 2007, is that when it was at its peak, would you say?
00:36Meaning the number of interactions he was having daily with women and masseuses.
00:43I wasn't really in his life.
00:45I happened to be in the Caribbean in 2000.
00:47I was with Ted.
00:48And we, I was still speaking with Epstein because I was still involved in his, you know, loosely with his, uh, the houses and the staff and some of the billing.
01:01And he, and I was going back from being with Ted in the Caribbean to New York and Epstein offered me a ride.
01:08And so Ted dropped me off in St. Thomas and I was on the island, I believe, for one day and one night only.
01:15On that visit, I believe, well, I know you and me would have gotten a massage, but I have, uh, that there were people there, but I did not, and there were women.
01:27And I was just relieved not to be leaving the next day.
