00:18from the number 12 looks like you you and we are here in the sunny skies

00:28beautiful warm weather of Chicago Illinois on tour with Foxy Shazam, Bobby Boxer and Hot Fick

00:37Sideshow we're gonna do a little tour of our temporary home. This is the 2024 Ford Transit 350. Ford is an

00:51American brand and it is a nice pretty nice real nice having a resurgence of sorts I believe

01:00actually yeah yeah Ford comes from from Detroit Greek right name of meaning strong bull so we are

01:12here in the what is called the front of the vehicle or the cabin some people might call it the cabin

01:18I don't know if anyone ever called it that but sure we'll call it that for now so we're at the

01:22cabin I sit here in what's called the passenger seat front seat and Cody over here drives Cody so this

01:31side has the steering wheel and the blinkers and the brake pedal and the gas pedal and what's called

01:37the shifter and with all that you can you can drive across this great nation it's kind of like a house

01:44where you want to direct your house you just tell your house to go in that direction and that's sort

01:50of what we have going on in this Ford F 350 Ford Transit 2024 so Cody does a lot of the driving I'll be

02:01here working on my phone getting a lot of stuff done remotely and Cody will be the one who takes us to and

02:07from places DeMarco here also works from his computer I work remotely I'll occasionally drive

02:17the night shift but typically I'm working during the day do you want to give a shout out to the

02:21company you work for I'd rather not okay so it is driver's choice we respect the sanctity of whoever's

02:28driving can listen to whatever they want yeah and we basically just listen to music and that's about it

02:34or we just listen to absolutely nothing but the sound of wind and just absolutely raw dogging

02:38we like to call it raw dogging so when we're uh typically we're just a bit getting in the van

02:43we're just getting going um and there's nothing playing we just say you're raw dogging it and we'll

02:48just raw dog it just sit in silence complete dead silence he raw dogs it forward I'm on my phone doing

02:54that and DeMarco's doing work from the back and honestly as as we get older it's kind of great

03:01because you know there was a time where I think we all enjoyed listening to music a lot but we

03:06listened to it enough yeah it's kind of it's the job that's right it's also the job exactly so you

03:12know do we want to work on the way to work I think not all right so uh we have Jesse's hat we have a

03:20canteen from Buc-ee's with a faded sticker uh this is Grindle I believe Grindle was picked up at a gas

03:26station by uh obsidian who is with the hot fix sideshow who are touring with us from Coney Island

03:31that's right and um she was offered this by uh someone at a gas station and she accepted gas

03:38station attend was like you should get this and forced her to buy it this beanie baby's birthday is

03:45january 30th we have some wholesome medley because we are a wholesome band we've got some nevins sunglasses

03:53some listerine spray for when uh i personally i i bad breath is i can't do it so if i'm feeling

04:02like i'm giving that off i don't want people to judge me and so i i carry this around and then

04:07they respect me um what else do we have here we got some chargers yeah i got coffee from the hotel

04:12that's very bad so typically what it will do here is i'll go ahead and throw that out just like so see

04:17that did you get that and then i'll take this and do that and that is called environmentally friendly

04:22welcome to the middle bench this is where i sit i'm typically kind of pulled up here in this corner

04:30with a phone plugged in i'm working on my laptop uh obsidian will sit here typically

04:36uh and i kind of just lean forward and i bother jesse i turn around bother alex and that's that's

04:45kind of what i do in the band and in the van this is obsidian's bag she sometimes sits next to me

04:51uh i'm not sure what's in here uh she does have a bag of swords but i don't think there are swords

04:57in here she took it with her yeah so we're not sure what's in here but we're not gonna open it

05:01could be dangerous so uh i don't sit here i drive most of the time we hypothetically are going to have

05:09three more people in this van by the end of the tour yeah they're flying in and so this will fill

05:14out all this is gonna fill out real nice so typically we have our uh our merch guy slash

05:20photographer dola and he is he is very good at what he does he has these really long talons

05:27and what he does here is he sits he starts uploading all the photography from the night that

05:33before where he shot everything he'll have his computer out and then he'll typically fall asleep

05:37for a long time and not get the photos done for at least a couple weeks and then i have to keep

05:42calling him and texting him after the tour to send something so i'm not sure what happens in this

05:47like bermuda triangle of dola world but he just he just he doesn't do anything yeah he sits here i can

05:54feel like an energy drain actually just all he does is sleep he doesn't really do anything else but it's

06:01but you know what he is a incredibly hard-working person he sells he slings the merch like no other

06:08he does take some fantastic content but when he gets in here he just drains of everything

06:15it's a real downer it's a real downer honestly by the end of the tour we will have someone

06:20oh yeah here actually you know so so in this seat here we are going to be picking up the rest of the

06:25hot thick side show alaska the boy and key to st cyr and they're going to be joining us so one of them

06:30will be sitting here uh both of them incredible sword swallowers incredible uh uh fire breathers

06:38so they are coming from coney allen new york the world famous coney allen sideshow performers

06:43and they will be bringing their crazy act on the road with us so what happens in the van i'm not sure

06:49but i'm very excited maybe a little bit of stapling rose petals to themselves maybe some uh what else did

06:57they do uh they have a bed of nails so maybe they'll like practice with some like some some nails

07:03on the ground and stand on that you know there's a sledgehammer in the trailer i don't know what

07:06that is for yet but we have a sledge we do have a sledgehammer in the trailer so yeah fire breathing

07:12maybe some fire breathing maybe some flames we should probably run that by the promoters first

07:17just just let him just let him go let him go just see what happens

07:22so i am alexis pareja i am the guitarist the number 12 looks like you and this is where i typically

07:31see uh sit myself so um what's back here not much i mean just my little pillows that i neck pillows so i

07:40don't get a neck cramp even though i definitely have a neck cramp and my kindle which i do a lot of

07:48reading back here i got like 40 books in here but uh reading kind of usually like buddhist philosophy

07:57and different and a lot of music books and stuff like that i actually just picked up this great book

08:04and from a bookstore it's from it's a scott henderson charts like transcriptions and things like that

08:11of that nature uh and what else he really shows the fans the number 12 side

08:18music music notes so we are here all the way in the in the basement what we call this part

08:27the basement it's the furthest away from where we live and as you can see we've got another

08:33neck pillow here alex is right about the neck cramps they're real especially when you hit 40

08:39stuff doesn't work the same nothing works the same so we've got neck pillows we've got

08:43remember that guy dola we we even carry his bag for him he's not even here and we're traveling with

08:50his bag he's here in spirit that's how that's how much that's how draining he is he's not even here

08:56he's just not here we just take him this is like the memory of dola we've got a skateboard which i

09:02believe is cody's um he goes ahead and does a skateboarding and then we've got these over here

09:09some roses a clown what these roses are for is with obsidian she uh takes the petals off and she

09:17staples them to her body and yesterday she did it to her chest and it started squirting blood

09:22everywhere and it was it didn't stop um i did that staple so i'm probably not going to do that one

09:29tonight um but yeah this over here is pretty much it this is like kind of like no man's land you can

09:34do anything anything goes back here whatever you want alex will be back here and he'll just he'll

09:42do some like ritualistic tea ceremonies he's very very third eye butterfly wide

10:06we rented it just two days ago and it's very special to us and we're giving it back in five
