00:00All right, so the Buffalo Bills finally come to terms with James Cook.

00:03He gets $30 million guaranteed in this day and age of a running back.

00:07That's good.

00:08I don't know that this is the same league that we used to know, Joe,

00:1210, 15 years ago.

00:13But it's good to see guys like Kyron Williams, James Cook being rewarded.

00:17And so no really threat, I don't think, of missing any practice time.

00:21Whether he plays this week still remains to be seen.

00:24But Cook will be out there a lot for Buffalo this season.

00:27And if Buffalo is going to get back to an AFC championship,

00:30they need James Cook to be healthy.

00:32And they need him to be happy.

00:34He was looking to shop his house and move out of Buffalo.

00:38He wanted the money, and they gave it to him, $12 million a year.

00:41What's interesting is that when the Bills lost against the Kansas City Chiefs

00:45in the final drive, James Cook was nowhere to be found.

00:48It's amazing.

00:49He is a home run hitter.

00:51And if we're talking big picture to take the pressure off of Josh Allen,

00:55you need James Cook to run the football consistently.

00:58He has that type of star power like Saquon Barkley.

01:01Is he as big in terms of stature?

01:04No, but he's a home run hitter.
