Transcript
00:00In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
00:18The Lord be with you.
00:21Dear brothers and sisters, as we now stand in God's presence,
00:25we acknowledge our sins, we also ask for the grace of healing and transformation in Christ.
00:32We also now take time to bring our Lord our own petitions, our own intentions for this Mass.
00:41You were sent to heal the contrite of heart, Lord have mercy.
00:46You came to call sinners, Christ have mercy.
00:50You are seated at the right hand of the Father to intercede for us, Lord have mercy.
00:56May Almighty God have mercy on us, forgive us our sins, and bring us to everlasting life.
01:02Let us pray.
01:05Almighty ever-living God, whom taught by the Holy Spirit, we dare to call our Father.
01:12Bring, we pray, to perfection in our hearts, the spirit of adoption as your sons and daughters,
01:19that we may merit to enter into the inheritance which you have promised.
01:24Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you,
01:29in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, forever and ever. Amen.
01:35A reading from the book of Deuteronomy.
01:37Leaving the plains of Moab, Moses went up Mount Nebo, the peak of Pisgah opposite Jericho.
01:46And the Lord showed him the whole land.
01:48Gilead, as far as Dan, all Naphtali, the land of Ephraim and Manasseh, all the land of Judah, as far as the western sea.
01:58The Negev, in the stretch of the valley of Jericho, city of palm trees, as far as Zohar.
02:05The Lord said to him,
02:08This is the land I swore to give to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, saying,
02:14I will give it to your descendants.
02:17I have let you see it with your own eyes, but you shall not cross into it.
02:23There, in the land of Moab, Moses, the servant of the Lord, died as the Lord decreed.
02:30He buried him in the valley, in the land of Moab, opposite Beth Beor.
02:35But to this day, no one has ever found his grave.
02:40Moses was a hundred and twenty years old when he died.
02:44His eye undimmed, his vigor unimpaired.
02:48The sons of Israel wept for Moses in the plains of Moab for thirty days.
02:54The days of weeping for the morning rites of Moses came to an end.
02:58Joshua, son of Nun, was filled with the spirit of wisdom, for Moses had laid his hands on him.
03:06It was he that the sons of Israel obeyed, carrying out the order that the Lord had given to Moses.
03:13Since then, never has there been such a prophet in Israel as Moses, the man the Lord knew face to face.
03:24What signs and wonders the Lord caused him to perform in the land of Egypt against Pharaoh and all his servants and his whole land.
03:34How mighty the hand and great the fear that Moses wielded in the sight of all Israel.
03:41The word of the Lord.
03:48Blessed be God who filled my soul with life.
03:51Blessed be God who filled my soul with life.
03:54Cry out with joy to God all the earth.
03:57O sing to the glory of his name.
03:59O render him glorious praise.
04:01Say to God, how tremendous your deeds.
04:05Blessed be God who filled my soul with life.
04:07Come and see the works of God.
04:11Tremendous his deeds among men.
04:14Come and hear all who fear God.
04:16I will tell what he did for my soul.
04:19To him I cried aloud with high praise ready on my tongue.
04:23Blessed be God who filled my soul with life.
04:26Alleluia, alleluia.
04:31God was in Christ to reconcile the world to himself.
04:36And the good news of reconciliation he has entrusted to us.
04:40Alleluia.
04:44The Lord be with you.
04:46A reading from the Holy Gospel according to Matthew.
04:54Jesus said to his disciples,
04:56If your brother does something wrong,
04:59go and have it out with him alone,
05:02between your two selves.
05:04If he listens to you,
05:06you have won back your brother.
05:08If he does not listen,
05:10take one or two others along with you.
05:12The evidence of two or three witnesses
05:15is required to sustain any charge.
05:19But if he refuses to listen to these,
05:22report it to the community.
05:24And if he refuses to listen to the community,
05:27treat him like a pagan or a tax collector.
05:30I tell you solemnly,
05:32whatever you bind on earth
05:34shall be considered bound in heaven.
05:37Whatever you loose on earth
05:38shall be considered loosed in heaven.
05:41I tell you solemnly once again,
05:43if two of you on earth
05:45agree to ask anything at all,
05:48it will be granted to you
05:50by my Father in heaven.
05:52For where two or three meet in my name,
05:55I shall be there with them.
05:57The Gospel of the Lord.
06:15Blessed are you, Lord God of all creation,
06:17for through your goodness
06:18we have received the bread we offer you.

06:22it will become for us the bread of life.
06:25Blessed are you, Lord God of all creation,
06:41for through your goodness we have received
06:43the wine we offer you.
06:45Fruit of the vine and work of human hands
06:47it will become for us our spiritual drink.
06:49Also, dear friends,

07:21Pray, brothers and sisters,
07:22that my sacrifice and yours
07:24may be acceptable to God,
07:25the Almighty Father.
07:27May the Lord accept the sacrifice
07:28at your hands
07:29for the praise and the glory of his name,
07:32for our good and the good of all his holy church.
07:34Be pleased, O Lord,
07:35to accept the offerings of your church.
07:38For in your mercy,
07:40we have given them to be offered,
07:41and by your power you transform them
07:44into the mystery of our salvation
07:47through Christ our Lord.
07:49Amen.
07:50The Lord be with you,
07:55and with your spirit,
07:57lift up your hearts.
07:58We lift them up to the Lord.
07:59Let us give thanks to the Lord our God.
08:02It is right and just.
08:03It is truly right and just,

08:07always and everywhere,
08:08to give you thanks.

08:37Hosanna in the highest.
08:39Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord.
08:43Hosanna in the highest.
08:44You are indeed holy, O Lord,
08:52the fount of all holiness.
08:54Make holy, therefore,
08:55these gifts we pray,
08:56by sending down your spirit upon them
08:58like the dewfall,
09:00so that they may become for us
09:01the body and blood
09:02of our Lord Jesus Christ.
09:06At the time he was betrayed
09:08and entered willingly into his passion,
09:10he took bread,
09:11and giving thanks,
09:12broke it,
09:13and gave it to his disciples,
09:15saying,
09:16Take this all of you
09:19and eat of it,
09:20for this is my body
09:23which will be given up
09:25for you.
09:26In a similar way,
09:49when supper was ended,
09:51he took the chalice,
09:52and once more giving thanks,
09:55he gave it to his disciples,
09:56saying,
09:57Take this all of you
09:58and drink from it,
10:00for this is the chalice of my blood,
10:02the blood of the new
10:04and eternal covenant,
10:06which will be poured out
10:07for you and for many
10:08for the forgiveness of sins.
10:11Do this in memory of me.
10:12The mystery of faith,
10:34save us,
10:35Savior of the world,
10:37for by your cross and resurrection
10:39you have set us free.

10:42the memorial of his death
10:43and resurrection,
10:45we offer you,

10:46a bread of life
10:47and the chalice of salvation,
10:49giving thanks

10:51worthy to be in your presence
10:52and minister to you.
10:54Humbly we pray,
10:56that partaking of the body
10:57and blood of Christ,
10:59we may be gathered into one
11:00by the Holy Spirit.
