00:00Hello there, good evening. After quite a hot day, it's a warm and muggy night to come and even a chance that you could be woken up by some thundery showers, particularly to start off the evening across parts of Devon and Cornwall.
00:12We've got this area of showers starting to push their way northwards into parts of Wales, parts of central England, perhaps parts of the southeast as well.
00:20Now a chance these could bring some quite heavy downpours at times, perhaps even the odd rumble of thunder or it might just bring in an influx of cloud through the overnight period.
00:27But they may just linger there through the early hours of the morning and some outbreaks of rain too starting to push into the Northern Isles.
00:34But otherwise, it should be a mostly dry night for many. But it is going to be warm and it is going to be muggy.
00:39Many towns and cities across central areas of England and parts of the south and southeast not really dropping much past 18 to 19 degrees Celsius.
00:47So a little bit of an uncomfortable night for some.
00:50Then through into tomorrow morning, we will still see a risk of some thundery showers as they move their way northeastward.
00:56So starting to push into northern parts of England. Any outbreaks of rain eventually starting to clear the Northern Isles.
01:01And for many, there's going to be lots of blue skies around, likely less cloud than what we've seen this afternoon.
01:07And once again, it is going to be another hot day. Temperatures still up by a degree or two compared to this afternoon.
01:13And this time central areas, parts of eastern and northeastern England could start to push into the high 20s, if not the low to mid 30s.
01:21So another hot day with quite high UV levels. So do take care if you are out and about in the sunshine.
01:28Then through into the evening, once again, it is going to remain fairly warm and another muggy night to come.
01:33It should be mostly clear, but we could start to see some patchy cloud arrive in from the west, particularly northwestern parts of Scotland,
01:40where once again, this could be thick enough to produce the odd shower and some low cloud across parts of Wales and parts of the south.
01:46But similar to what we can expect tonight, some towns and cities not really dropping much past the mid to high teens, even across northern areas, the mid teens here.
01:54So still fairly mild for the overnight period.
01:56So once again, warm and a muggy start, some showers pushing northwards across parts of Scotland.
02:02And we do just need to keep an eye on the south, a chance once again we could start to see some cloud push up here.
02:07And this could produce a risk of showers.
02:09And once again, with the warm, humid air, there is a chance they could turn thundery.
02:13But once again, many areas should see a mostly dry, bright, sunny day.
02:17Once again, still a chance of showers just pushing into parts of northern Ireland and northwestern parts of Scotland.
02:22Keep an eye on the forecast to see whereabouts the heaviest showers could possibly be.
02:26But once again, on Wednesday, another warm day.
02:28Temperatures widely pushing into the high 20s, into the low 30s.
02:32But we'll start to see a decrease in that heat from Wednesday onwards.
02:36But it is still going to feel warm in the sunshine over the coming days.
02:40And it's still due to low pressure eventually moving its way northeastwards across the country.
02:45High pressure situated to the south.
02:48So once again, we are still getting some warm air from continental Europe.
02:52But it will be slightly fresher as we head towards the end of the week.
