00:51we've all seen those strange patterns of white plumes crisscrossing the sky they usually trail

00:58jet aircraft but are they simply harmless emissions mostly water vapor or is there something more

01:15all talking about weather modification tonight we'll meet several researchers who contend that

01:23these white plumes are in fact chemtrails that contain dangerous levels of heavy metals designed

01:30to control the weather and perhaps control human population one can only conclude that this may be

01:37part or in part part of the depopulation agenda so it's concerning to to many people who are aware of

01:45this issue we'll also meet a chemtrail skeptic who says this is all just plain bad science tonight our

02:31In the world, are they spraying?

02:34What is your definition of a chemtrail, Edward?

02:38A chemtrail, I'll define as being different from a contrail,

02:41because I think it's essential to start with what a contrail is.

02:45A contrail is a normal phenomenon.

02:48It's just a vapor, water vapor, that trails behind airplanes,

02:51comes out of the exhaust of their engines.

02:54Now, there's such a thing as persistent contrails.

02:58One, air's got to be cold.

02:59And secondly, the air has to be extremely humid

03:03so that the moisture doesn't evaporate into the air and so it lingers.

03:07Now, chemtrails are totally different because these occur in warm and dry air.

03:16But these chemtrails are loaded with chemicals.

03:20They're loaded with heavy metals.

03:21We know that there's a lot of aluminum and a lot of barium and a lot of strontium, among other things.

03:27You've heard all the skeptical arguments, I'm sure,

03:30but one of the things that they're saying is that at least traces of high-altitude barium

03:35would be present simply for use in wind-tracking experiments.

03:41How do you respond to that?

03:44Well, to tell you the truth, Richard, I put that in the same category

03:47as the aluminum on Mount Shasta is coming from the bottoms of skis.

03:52Michael, how would you distinguish chemtrails?

03:58We see complete cloud cover and a lot of people experience adverse health effects,

04:05burning eyes, shortness of breath.

04:08We know that barium causes high blood pressure, lowers our immune system.

04:12And what's amazing, during these days, any emergency room doctor who is aware of the air cell spraying

04:18will tell you during heavy spray days, emergency rooms are packed.

04:22I'm here in Redwood Valley, California, to speak with Rosalind Peterson.

04:31She's the president of the California Agriculture Defense Coalition, which was formed in 2006.

04:36Its intent was to protect farmers and crop production from experimental weather modification,

04:42atmospheric heating, and geoengineering.

04:44I'm here with Rosalind Peterson, president and co-founder of the California Agriculture Defense Coalition.

04:54Rosalind, welcome to The Conspiracy Show.

04:57Well, thank you very much. It's a pleasure to be here today with you.

05:00You use the term persistent jet contrails.

05:03I don't use the term chemtrails because it's defined as a hoax.

05:07Whenever you use the term to your elected officials,

05:12they put you in the realm of talking about only a hoax

05:15and having no basis to back up what you're talking about.

05:19Okay, this is my one-person office.

05:22And these bookcases, from floor to ceiling, hold documents in my research.

05:27And you can see the dates.

05:28There's 2002, 2003, 2005, alphabetically.

05:34All of these things in here were part of my early research

05:38while I was trying to read and find out what was going on in our skies

05:41and with these experiments.

05:44These are all photograph albums of the sky.

05:47I took the skies daily for years.

05:57Dave Thomas is with us.

05:59He's president of New Mexicans for Science and Reason.

06:04Dave, welcome to The Conspiracy Show.

06:06How are you guys doing?

06:08Well, thank you.

06:09Dave, how do you explain these strange crisscrossing patterns in the sky?

06:14We think chemtrails supposedly started in the late 1990s.

06:20Persistent contrails that lasted for a long time.

06:23And this was all supposed to be new and never before seen.

06:28And that's just not true.

06:30And we've had contrails all the way back to the 1940s

06:34because that's when our planes were able to get high enough,

06:3835,000, 40,000 feet.

06:40But it's a totally natural phenomenon.

06:43It's been happening since the 1940s.

06:45We do know that the military is releasing aluminum-coated fiberglass by the ton.

06:52It's a particulate that floats in the air for up to 20 hours

06:55and can have an impact on public health.

06:58Why are they attempting to modify our weather?

07:06Because the military believes that control of the weather by 2025

07:11would enhance its ability to control other countries.

07:15They can interrupt crop production and food supplies as well.

07:18Edward, if this spring is an attempt to reduce global warming,

07:23why the big secret?

07:27That's a good question.

07:28I think the big secret is that they have committed themselves

07:32to a position that is indefensible.

07:35They have said, this is not happening.

07:38They have said, this is very risky.

07:40They have said, we better check this out very carefully

07:43before we think about doing it.

07:45Meanwhile, they have been doing it.

07:46Is it possible that there's something more nefarious going on,

07:51part of some depopulation agenda?

07:53Well, not only do I think is it possible,

07:56I think that it might be in part population control.

08:00We see a lot of documents coming out,

08:03sourced documents from Ford Foundation,

08:05Rothschild Family, Rockefeller Foundation.

08:08So with that being said, looking at the materials that we know,

08:12that we have studied, which are only aluminum, barium, and strontium,

08:16and how toxic they are and the effect that they have on human health,

08:20one can only conclude that this may be part or in part part of a depopulation agenda.

08:26So it's concerning to many people who are aware of this issue.

08:30I would be very suspicious of any declaration like that,

08:35and I certainly look, the first suspect I would look at,

08:40the person holding the bloody knife in their hand, so to speak, is dirt.

08:46There's aluminum in dirt, and the wind blows the dirt into the air,

08:51and you've got aluminum in the air.

08:52We do know that the military is releasing aluminum-coated fiberglass by the ton.

08:58It's a particulate that floats in the air for up to 20 hours

09:01and can have an impact on public health.

09:04We do know that the soot and all of the combustion

09:08from jet fuel emissions burning is highly toxic,

09:12and it's polluting our atmosphere in a worse way

09:15than what's happening from other sources, even our automobiles.

09:20And I brought this out so that you could see some pictures of some brown clouds

09:24so that you would realize that we're not just seeing white clouds,

09:29but we're seeing this white haze and these brown clouds that are created.

09:35And it's really odd when you see them

09:37because they're so different from our beautiful white clouds.

09:41How is human health being affected by this spring?

09:44Well, human health is greatly affected.

09:46During the film, we interviewed a lot of health care professionals,

09:49including a physician whose specialty is aluminum,

09:53and she was deeply concerned about geoengineers' plans and proposals

09:56because aluminum is accumulative in the body.

10:00And what that means is over time, if we're constantly inhaling that,

10:04it will tend to build up, and it will block natural systems.

10:07We've seen a dramatic increase in aluminum-related illness,

10:11and we know that it's been linked to Alzheimer's.

10:13And here in L.A. County, within a 10-year period,

10:16we've seen over a 200% increase in Alzheimer's alone.

10:20We're seeing the presence of aluminum particulates in the soil or the water or in the air.

10:27Do you think it's possible?

10:27Barium, too.

10:28Barium.

10:29Do you think it's possible that there is?

10:30Yeah.

10:30And when people, you know, get these samples, say, of rainwater or whatnot

10:37and have them analyzed and they find barium,

10:40that's because guess where you find barium?

10:44In dirt.

10:45And it's also in smokestacks.

10:47When you, you know, burn coal, it comes out of the smokestacks.

10:50So there's barium in the atmosphere.

10:54So there's a lot of things in this country that's going on

10:57and around the world that's taking place that most people don't even know about.

11:01Minnesota, Kansas, Oklahoma, there's NASA programs, there's U.S. Air Force in here,

11:11all talking about weather modification.

11:15Okay, let me do this.

11:16There.

11:17Now, that's one of my photographs that you can see here that I put online so people can see it.

11:24You can see that there's this half circle here and then there's another V-shape here.

11:29And I don't know if you can capture it, but there's some color experiments right in there going on.

11:35So what's happening is these experiments, we're starting to feel the byproducts of

11:39because the chemicals that they're using are starting to come down to Earth

11:43and we're breathing them as particles where they're getting into our water and air supplies.

11:48Public health has started to decline and asthma started to increase

11:52and I think that that's something that's really important to know.

11:55The fact that these guys are blundering and they're messing up the planet

12:02and they're causing huge health problems for mankind and these things may never recover.

12:07Is there a case study that you documented in the film or that you know about?

12:14Deborah Whitman of Environmental Voices is one example of somebody who has terrible adverse effects

12:20during heavy spray days.

12:22She's been hospitalized over 51 times with what appear to be barium-related illness.

12:27And what's amazing, people knew on certain days they were feeling ill

12:30but didn't make a correlation until somebody made them aware of the aerosol spraying.

12:36But we know that the strontium, aluminum, barium will attack different parts of the body.

12:40Respiratory mortality has gone from number 8 to number 3 in just the past 5 years.

12:48Talk to me a little bit about your water testing that takes place here in California.

12:52I found that people were talking about aluminum and barium.

12:55So in order to find out what was happening in the state of California,

13:00I got the entire database for all the water tests going back to the 1970s

13:05for every single water district, every single public well.

13:10What I discovered were unusual spiking in aluminum, barium, manganese, magnesium, strontium,

13:18and a few other chemicals.

13:20And I found that they spiked all at the same time.

13:23I know here in Socorro, New Mexico, where I work,

13:27we had some pioneers in cloud seeding.

13:31So they'd scatter silver iodide on clouds to try to induce a rain.

13:37And it really isn't a very effective method at all.

13:41That was a flop as far as I know.

13:42And I really don't know of any active, ongoing efforts to modify the weather.

13:49Ed, Ed, I'm going to come back to the annual meeting of the American Association for the Advancement of Science.

13:55First of all, what is geoengineering all about?

13:59Well, I think the name pretty well explains it.

14:01Geo, meaning the earth, they're going to engineer or re-engineer the earth.

14:05They don't like it the way it is, so they're going to change it.

14:08It's pretty simple.

14:09And I think it's insane.

14:10But that's what geoengineering really is.

14:12And, of course, they always explain it as being in the best interest of mankind.

14:17We're doing this for mankind.

14:18We're going to stop global warming.

14:21We're going to change the weather pattern so that we can improve the rainfall

14:26and have better crops and all that sort of thing.

14:28The fact that these guys are blundering and they're messing up the planet

14:32and they're causing huge health problems for mankind.

14:36And these things may never recover.

14:38That is serious enough.

14:39And I think it calls for serious and immediate action to stop it.

14:49Here in America, you know, we have, in more than most countries,

14:54this sort of whistleblower spirit.

14:56And where are the whistleblowers that are actually, you know, talking about these programs?

15:02So I think if there, you know, was a nefarious plot,

15:06somebody would have blown the whistle by now.

15:10A professor, Rosenfeld, was here speaking at an EPA meeting in 2003.

15:16He's from Israel.

15:17And he's done a lot of research on clouds.

15:20And he made the astounding statement back in 2003

15:24that most of the clouds we see are man-made clouds.

15:27They're not real from fronts and evaporation and different things happening.

15:32It was stunning to listen to him.

15:35And Professor Gregory Benford from the University of California at Irvine,

15:41he stated in an interview that you can take a little barium and a little aluminum

15:45and you can create fluffy white clouds.

15:48How would aerosol spraying of aluminum particulates forestall that?

15:55Well, that's a great question because there are many sides to that question.

15:59And, again, geoengineers were proposing spraying 10 to 20 million tons of aluminum

16:04and other substances to block the sun.

16:07But to answer your question, how would that cool the planet?

16:11Well, that's debatable.

16:12Well, do I believe that that is the true agenda?

16:15No, I do not.

16:16I believe that there are many different agendas hidden under this umbrella.

16:21Seven years ago, a test was taken on Mount Shasta.

16:24And during that time frame, the levels have increased up to 50,000 times.

16:29So what do you make of the people that believe in chemtrails?

16:36Are they delusional?

16:37Are they misguided?

16:39Basically, what people are calling chemtrails, we think, are contrails.

16:45We've had contrails all the way back to the 1940s.

16:50And the reason is simply because there's variability in the air.

16:55When we look at the sky, we can see clouds here and not there.

17:00But it's a totally natural phenomenon that's been happening since the 1940s.

17:05We just heard from a noted chemtrail skeptic who believes chemtrails are nothing more than contrails,

17:11which take longer than normal to dissipate.

17:14Water vapor, completely harmless.

17:17But there is, I believe, a growing body of evidence to suggest that chemtrails are real

17:22and pose a serious risk to our health.

17:24The water we drink, the air that we breathe, the soil we use to grow our food.

17:29And as you can see, Mendocino County is almost clear of commercial airlines.

17:35However, the FAA made a third map.

17:39And one of the things that they picked up were these yellow lines, and they're called intraflights.

17:44What are intraflights?

17:46Intraflights are military flights.

17:47So these military flights are responsible for the persistent contrails over here?

17:51Right. We believe that more of the flights that are creating these man-made clouds in this terrible cloud cover that we're under a lot

17:58is because we have these types of military activities taking place over us.

18:04Despite public denials that such geoengineering programs exist,

18:08history teaches us that governments and militaries have targeted their own citizens for experimentation for decades.

18:16The United States Navy, for example, and NASA, put up an aluminum oxide dust cloud over the eastern seaboard of the United States on September 19, 2009.

18:27This aluminum oxide dust cloud was to conduct physics experiments in the atmosphere above us.

18:33I don't think it's unintended.

18:35The people that are conducting the tests are fully aware that the chemicals that they're using will come back to Earth.

18:41They're fully aware of what the health effects of these chemicals are.

18:44These are not new chemicals.

18:46So it's possible that chemtrails are being propagated secretly by multiple groups with varying agendas.

18:53The U.S. military has stated its objective to own the weather by 2025.

19:02Alarmingly high levels of aluminum oxide in barium have been found in water samples found all over California

19:08and even in the pristine wilderness surrounding Mount Shasta.

19:13About seven years ago, a snow test was taken on Mount Shasta,

19:18and it came up at seven parts per billion, which is high for aluminum.

19:22Since that time, they've had a tremendous increase in what appears to be aerosol spraying.

19:27And during that time frame, the levels have increased up to 50,000 times.

19:33And then we go into the Wellesbach patent to spray aerosols out of airplanes.

19:39And specifically mentioned in the Wellesbach patent is aluminum oxide.

19:43U.S. scientists have been meeting to discuss the possibility of one day implementing a geoengineering program

19:51to reduce global warming.

19:54Such a program would involve spraying hundreds of thousands of tons of aluminum oxide into the air.

20:01But researchers around the world are saying that this has been going on perhaps as early as 1990.

20:07So what's up?

20:09Well, that is the question, isn't it?

20:11What is up?

20:11Something is up, and it's hard for me to believe that these experts are not aware

20:17that this project has been underway for a long time.

20:20In which case, you come to the conclusion, well, either they're terribly stupid,

20:25or they're hiding something, or they're part of a program,

20:28or they have a financial interest or some kind of an interest in concealing this from the public for now.

20:35In other words, you don't need to own a tinfoil hat to be able to connect the dots.

20:40And you don't, in the words of Bob Dylan, need to be a weatherman to know which way the wind blows.
